Kaka Home Stay Tarkarli Beach Malvan

Their hot water also has a time limit and they don't even provide Ac remote, they don't talk to the staff properly

Stayed at This Homestay for 2 nights and was Nice stay. Though room were small for 4 people but managed by extra mattress from owner. Owner is very nice and polite. The negative point was washroom and bardan and bedsheet were having sand, I think it was from earlier visitor but it was needed to replace by owner. The food was good and they take order in advance to prepare.

It was a great experience staying at Kaka Home Stay. The hotel is at convenient location from all spots(specially beach it was walking 5 minutes from hotel). The hotel room was neat and clean with comfortable bedding. The food (both veg & non-veg) and service was amazing. These guys has very good unique Itinerary of places to cover in Malvan which are beautiful yet very less explored. They will give pleasant surprise for dinner. It's highly recommended place in Tarkarli.

Pro: Rooms are good and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, pet friendly. That's about all I can say that was positive about the place. Cons: There is no open space to this place. Just structure with rooms. Didn't have car parking in the same location as the rooms had to park in another property and the entry to the parking is rather steep and bad condition. Board outside showed 50% discount on booking which was something we didn't know about when booking as we found the place online and did booking over the phone and bank transfer before seeing the location. So the price quoted for the room to us was something we felt overly priced for the room although it included alacart breakfast. They didn't have a functioning restaurant and we ordered from restaurant referred by them. The food was absolutely horrible and inedible in flavour so we landed up paying close to 2000/- for food which was wasted and we slept hungry this was the biggest negative according to me.

We booked this place by accident as our original booking got cancelled. The place is very neat and clean. The Kerkar family, which runs the business, is very courteous and polite and always happy to serve their customers with a smile on their face. The best part is the food, from breakfast to lunch to dinner, which is homemade and very tasty, better than some of the famous restaurants in Malvan. One should try their authentic chicken vade and bangda tikla, which is reallt amazing in taste. All in all, a very good and comfortable stay.

Rooms and service were very good. The taste of Malvani meal and comfortable rooms made my vaccination full of joy. I didn't know much about that place. The staff of Kaka Home stay helped a lot in exploring those places. Not only accommodation and dining facilities but also gives me valuable information about Tarkarli and Malvan city. Whenever I visit Malvan city, I choose 'Kaka Kaka Home Stay'.

It is a nice place for the family. Management is very good and helpful .we enjoyed the stay in KALA HOME STAY TARKARLI BEACH. If you are going first time you can try this home stay.
