The Emerald Resort

Recently stayed in this resort during my business trip. Decent stay. The resort with pool is awesome. But I felt burning skin after using the pool. Rooms are neat, clean , and spacious. Food is great. Only issue is breakfast mostly weekdays the rooms are free. So they start breakfast after 8am. Staffs are helpful.

*Unprofessional and Harassing Behavior Post-Checkout* I had a deeply disappointing experience at your resort, not because of the stay itself, but due to the unprofessional and harassing behavior after checkout. During our departure, the staff forgot to provide the dinner bill. Later, instead of handling it courteously, they began relentlessly calling me--as if I was trying to avoid payment. I was busy with work, yet they kept calling again and again, even late into the evening--up until 10 PM. This constant badgering was extremely distressing and completely uncalled for, especially when the fault was entirely theirs. I expect better service and communication from any hospitality provider, especially one that claims to be a resort. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I will not be recommending this place to others.

No water supply - No running water in the morning, making it impossible to brush teeth or use the toilet. Poor room service - Took 2 hours to get towels and soap. Dirty pool - Contained tissues and insects. Waterfall not functional - Had to wait 2 hours; never turned on, with vague excuses. Terrible breakfast - Only option was misal pav; no bread, butter, or eggs. Limited and broken activities - Only 3 games in the activity area. Snooker had only 4 balls. Table tennis lacked both ball and net. Carrom was the only working game. Poor room condition - Bad view, holes in bedsheets, and hair found on the bed. Broken kids zone - Not suitable for children. Overpriced - At 4500 per night, not worth the experience. Recommendation - Do not recommend this resort. Instead, recommend DVG Benne Dosa restaurant nearby.

Location - 37 kms from Magarpatta, 15 kms from Wakad. On highway, near petrol pump, cabs are not easily available. Ambience - okay, have a clean pool and seating area, restaurant is clean, lawns are maintained, rooms are hygienic and safe Service - staff is not helpful, the guests have to take multiple follow ups, serving of food is not up to the mark Food - not okay from Pune standard and price they are charging. Food is not served hot and doesn't look that freshly prepared too. Starters served on a napkin instead of plastic plates Event management - decor is good, manager is helpful to an extent. Parking - enough parking space for 60-70 vehicles.

Recently got married in this resort & we had all our functions here for 3 days... Resort is amazing... The staff is super friendly... Did not face any issues.. The entire stay was very smooth & comfy... The lawn and the banquet was very big & the food was mouth watering... I highly recommend this resort for staycation, parties, wedding or any function..

We recently had the pleasure of Attending a wedding at Emerald Resort and it was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt special, and it's clear this venue is perfect for creating unforgettable wedding memorises...Venue is beautifully located in Beside The Mountains...offering a stunning backdrop for both the ceremony and reception. The natural surroundings, whether it was the lush gardens created the perfect atmosphere for a romantic celebration. The property itself is gorgeous--well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to suit both large and intimate weddings. The ceremony space, with outdoor garden, elegant ballroom, or terrace with views was perfect for the vows... The food was exquisite. From the cocktail hour to the wedding dinner, every dish was beautifully presented and delicious.. Thankyou To All The Emerald Teams!

There service is very slow, if you order brekfast ,by lunch time u will definitely get it. Food is very average. Bathroom windows are broken, AC issue.overall pathetic experience. Visit at your own risk.

The ac was not upto the mark. I had to check out a day early due to some emergency but the owner was not ready to co-operate for any kind of refunds or a day's stay coupon for my next visit. MMT supported me but the owner did not help.
