Holy Mountain Resort

Our experience with this venue was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We feel compelled to share this review so others can avoid the same ordeal. The management, particularly Surendra Rawat and Santosh Shelke, seem to prioritize nothing but exploiting their clients. It's evident they are more interested in lining their pockets than providing a quality experience or maintaining good relationships with their customers. The venue itself is in a deplorable state. It's poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect everywhere. For the amount they charge, one would expect at least a basic level of upkeep, but it's far from acceptable. The lack of care and attention to the venue's condition is shocking and completely unjustifiable. On top of that, their client service is abysmal. They have no idea how to treat clients with respect or professionalism. Instead of addressing concerns or accommodating requests, they seem more focused on making excuses and demanding payment. There's no transparency, no accountability, and certainly no effort to ensure a positive experience for their clients. In summary, this venue and its management are a complete letdown. They're only interested in taking money without offering anything remotely close to the service or standards anyone would expect. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone--it's not worth the frustration, disappointment, or expense.

Google map takes you the back of the resort which is a field and a construction site. Resort itself is surrounded by buildings which spoils the view. It is also not very accessible friendly for elderly. It has some big areas to organise different wedding rituals. Both bride and groom side families can be accommodated easily.

I have got the worst experience here... I love to travel a lot and have been to various places all over India but this might be one of the worst places that I have stayed. Toilets are the worst and the room condition is not good either. Staff is equally unsupportive of anything we needed. Please don't even think of trying the food here. Overall not at all a recommended place and better not to waste money here.

This venue lacks even the most basic standards of maintenance and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this venue at all costs. It is highly non-recommended and a decision I deeply regret making. Dealing with Surendra Rawat especially was highly unpleasant.

Recently visited this property and had a terrible experience. The place lacked basic hospitality senses, such as behaving nicely with the guests, and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. Instead the manager gave us a lot of attitude over his inability provide proper services. He was extremely rude and very money oriented. Would really say it was the worst experience I have had.

Worst resort ever. I will never recommend this to anyone even if it's the last option in the world. Too bad Rooms not clean at all Public toilets are better then the room washrooms so just imagine the kind if resort this is. Staff very rude. No service at all. Food was pathetic Over all i won't even rate it one it's zero

We had booked this resort for family function. It's located at good location yet surrounded by hills. Beautiful architecture.

The staff at the resort were extremely unprofessional especially Surendra Rawat and made unfounded claims about our arrangements. It made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant.
