Well I paid 1126(one day ), where I didn't receive AC room, no water supply,no soaps...worst experience with no in kitchen dinning. No wifi ,door were making squeaking noise, quit lounge. That's it (I would be very thankful,if I could get half of my money refunded)

I have booked single room for 21st November 2023 to 23rd November 2023 with charges of Rs.1590/- including taxes, I have also paid part payment of Rs.471/- for booking confirmation, i have reached at hotel 3.30 AM, but hotel staff asked me to paid 2200/- for the same, as I have reached 3.30 AM , i dose not have any option paying extra amount other than booking amount. Really disappointed with OYO.

I feel very cheated in the hotel. I booked through OYO call center. While booking I was intimated that, I have two child of Age 08 years and 10 years. Booking staff intimated that, If you demand any bed then they will charge extra otherwise you no need to pay any extra fees. On reaching the hotel, reception staff charge Rs 300 per child and they also charge TV charge rs 200 per day. Such act need to avoid. I request all reader do not belive on oyo staff and there credentials are in question mark. . Even same room if I will book directly from hotel. They are ready to give me in 1000 however, I paid 1600. It's worst experience

If had zero stars would have given that. Worst hotel ever, they straight away declined booking made thru online and asked double the price. I felt humiliated and left immediately and thankfully got a better hotel. Do not ever think of staying here

Currently staying here... It's one of the worst experiences ever had... They offer booking via Oyo on the website and then we come here they deny the booking completely.... So you end up paying 2twice Also the rooms/corridors aren't clean People at the counter the person to help are totally rude... No tv no cleanliness... Don't ever take a room here even if you hv emergency... They charge 800 for the room... Look at the amount of stains on the bedsheet...

The worst experience ever Please do confirm first your booking because they are taking extra money and ignores your request in any emergency. Please do let clarify first .
