Loved the place. Ideal for group of 10 people. Anand Nair was prompt in taking utmost care for all of us. He made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Property is beautiful, filled with antique art collection. Food is delicious. Rooms are spacious, but need some maintenance on plumbing system. Library is best place for group activities.

Spacious resort nestled in the midst of nature. Big swimming pool & bonfire set-up on their lawn. Large, neat & clean rooms with King-sized bed ensures a cozy & comfortable stay. Special note of thanks to property manager Mr. Anand Nair for attending to all our last-minute requests & making our experience a very pleasant one. Very polite, Hardworking & diligent person he is. Keep up the good work & best wishes.
It's just amazing experience.... We visited the property with group of 10 people. Very spacious rooms with all toiletries, huge property of 14 acers with various activities. Very well maintained swimming pool with Jacuzzi. And food was also delicious. And icing on the cake is very prompt and polite service of staff especially the estate manager Mr Nair, which made us feel homely.. Very helpful, very polite. We arrange a small function in the property. Mr. Nair and the staff helped us in every possible way!! Huge collection in library is also a great treat for book lovers !!
I visited The Farm Fourteen with my colleagues and our whole experience there was amazing. But the drive to get to this place is a bit disappointing which can be ignored. Once you enter the property, you will definitely forget about the roads. The property is huge and can host large groups of people. It's perfect for weekend get away with your friends & family. However, there should be an area for group activity but that can be the last priority. Furthermore, the property has a swimming pool and jacuzzi which the staff made sure it was clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. They were on their toes to cater to our requests. 5 points on hospitality and to the estate manager. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and tidy. They are well ventilated with good cooling. The room service team had kept clean bed sheets in the rooms and they can also provide extra beds, bed sheets if required. Whoever is visiting this place should be less worried if hygiene is your top priority. Although this property is built on 14 acres of land, I think they can/ should increase the number of rooms in order to host large groups. 5 rooms won't be enough. The chefs had cooked delicious food as per our order and it was served hot. They have fixed menus and we can pick any menu for lunch/ dinner. Onion pakodas and hot tea was the highlight of the evening. One suggestion to the management/ chefs would be to include more non-veg starters in the menu. If anyone wants to have these starters then we have to order separately and the cost for per plate is way too expensive. It's as good as a dish ordered from a high end restaurant. So the pricing does not seem justifiable. Another interesting fact is that they serve mangoes and other seasonal fruits which are grown in their farms. This was a nice gesture. Overall its a bit on the costlier side but if you are looking for a peaceful place then this is it. It's totally worth it! I would love to visit here again.
Our group spent the weekend here. The property looked good but we realized it was unmaintained to an extent that the rooms provided to us were unclean, every furniture piece had a layer of dust, ac were not working in any of the rooms, bathroom was dusty and uncleaned as well. We had already told them about our arrival time (12 noon), however tgey cleaned the pool at 6 pm. Food was average and food menu/options were limited. The staff was good and friendly. They catered to most of our needs. But as the property was not maintained for a long time it was a horrendous experience. The photos shared with us were all lies. There was no gym, no club house and the pool furnitures were broken. It was supposed to be a premium property but now its just an old-shamble. Do not visit it as there are plenty of good properties nearby with good facilities and conditions.
We visited with a group of about 20-22 friends here. Had an amazing time. Very peaceful property! Huge open spaces with sitting arrangements which we loved to hang around. There was provision for a bonfire too which kept us engaged throughout the night. Rooms were big, clean with attached washrooms. Food at all the times was very delicious & reasonable. I would specially recommend their chicken starter; it was finger licking good. The staff members were polite & courteous. Although there was less staff, seldom something was missed or got late. They arranged big speakers too for music. I would definitely recommend visiting here with friends or family Good job team, wish you luck
I recently visited The Farm Fourteen with my office colleagues and our whole experience there was totally amazing. We were a group of 24 people and we all enjoyed a lot. It's perfect for a weekend get away with your friends or family. The staff is very polite, ready to help and we're very friendly. 10/10 on hospitality and to the estate manager Mr. Anand. Also, the owners Mr. Ameya & Mr. Dhiraj was very approachable and friendly. Furthermore, the property has a gym, a dance floor, small garden for outdoor games/activities, library for book lovers, swimming pool with jacuzzi which the staff made sure it was clean. Just a suggestion to add some more indoor board games to the property. The rooms with attached bathrooms are very spacious and clean. They have one king sized master bed with extra king sized mattress that would be more than enough to accommodate 6 people in one room. They are very well ventilated with good cooling. The room service team had kept clean bed sheets in the rooms and they can also provide extra beds, bed sheets, towels if required. Food cooked by the chefs was very delicious and was cooked as per our order and was served piped hot. The main highlight of this place is the privacy & calmness which this property offer is something very rare to get. Trust me, It's totally worth it! I would love to visit here again. Attaching some photos here of our group and the property.
Farm Fourteen because this farm is spread across in 14 acers. Budget place with very good food (veg / nonveg both). They have spacious rooms to fit atleast 4 ppl, swimming pool is huge (but take care of its depth, they need to put a signboard with depth measurement) along with Jacuzzi. It has a big rose plantation area. A library with projector and big screen can be utilised for multi purpose. Caretaker Mr Anand is very friendly and always ready to serve you best. I loved every food items whichever we selected. Only concern is the dust in day time due to stone quarry nearby but they still try their best to keep the place clean.
