Mango Leaf Resort

This property is very conveniently located.... Just off the highway...very close to Gujarat border...and 2.5 hours driving distance away from Mumbai||The property is pretty decently maintained. The rooms too are fine... Spacious and big. |However, the washrooms in the rooms do require an upgrade. The toilets do not look perfectly clean. The tiles tell a water seepage story. The linen probably could get better. ||The food in the restaurant is OK OK. The complimentary breakfast too is just average. ||The staff though is very helpful and prompt in their service. ||All in all, decent place for a weekend getaway in the rains subject to all of the above being brought to the mark. ||

We visited this place on 26 - 28 Jan and i must tell you the property itself is very nicely located. The surroundings are decently maintained. ||The issue we observed was that the rooms were old and unkempt. There were maintenance issues in rooms such as Gyeser not working in bathrooms, etc. The pool needs maintenance but the attraction is the small water park set up and the kids will definitely love it although it has limited options.||Food is average but would be great if the place had more variety of non veg food. I understand its close to Gujarat and hence the focus on Veg, but for A la carte would be good to have some more options for non veg. And yes, Wi Fi is desirable. There is no network which, i can understand, sometimes is a good option to have! :)

We visited this property 10-12 Sep 2016.||1) Accessibility: I would rate this as 4.5/5.0.This place is around 500 metres from NH8. The connecting road from NH8 to the resort is a total mess with lot of potholes.There is enough parking space inside the hotel premises.||2) Maintenance: I would rate this as 3.5/5.0.Rooms and other places are not properly maintained. Taps, shower and hangars need repairs. Curtains, bed-sheet and furniture need replaced or repaired/cleaned. Swimming pool is also dirty, it looks like it has not been cleaned for months/ages.||3)Staff Behaviour: I would rate this 5.0/5.0 Staff is polite and helping.They have one of the best staff and well mannered.||4)Food: My rating would be 4.0/5.0. Good food, both veg and non-veg.||||Overall a good property but needs maintenance. Guests please note that the you need to carry enough cash as the swipe machine is not working/has connectivity problems and the nearest ATM is in Bhilid (Gujarat) which is around 5-6 kms from the resort.

We visited around 8 pm. There were no customers in the restaurant area. Around 7-8 staff. Glasses were not clean. Order took more than longer to arrive but chicken dishes were worth waiting, especially chicken tikka. Alcohol was overpriced. Ambience was ok. We were in group of approx 11 ppl, so enjoyed time spent.

Average Stay,Average Food and Good Location! The resort promises a lot while you enter but delivers little.Need maintenance big time.The service needs to be better as well.The plus point here is the small water park of sorts which we and our kids enjoyed a lot.We had a DJ with us who made sure that we had gala time in the pool area.H**kah is also available.

The resort sinks in slowly. A very decent place to stay near mumbai and very close to the Highway.Surrounded by trees all around you , we had a good break. it is a no frills resort, With decent food, hooka bar, pool and water slides. The outdoors is simply awesome. Earlier it was named Mantra resort, but got into trouble for he wrong reasons. Now under a new and young management it is improving a lot.Just go there to relax without much expectations and you will surely enjoy. it has room for a lot of improvement.

No cleanliness in the room,Location, facilities, service is bang on. Food quality and dining area needs improvement.We are a family of 4 and have visited Silent hill resort 3 or 4 times till now and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality and up to the mark service.

The place is around 150km away from Mumbai with approx 2-3 hrs driving distance and on NH8.||It's a nice resort for one day stay for families and friends, there are few water slides inside resort which add-on the flavour, also there is ample space for kids to play snake- ladder and few outside games.||We have stayed in deluxe room, room conditions are good except for bathroom which requires special care and cleaning as many fittings are not working adequately.||Restaurant was good with average food quality with nominal pricing.
