Excellent Resort ,we visited in Monsoon weather. This place is absolutely mesmerizing best food quality we tried gavran Mutton handi really tasty. Rooms are very good considering the room tariff (800Rs).Kids play area,birds ,ducks rabbits well attraction for small kids.Lawn is also very beautiful. Owners are very cooperative. Be a soft spoken guest over there they will provide best Hospitality experience .

We visited Madhuban Resort Khadakwasla on the account of my birthday. Very perfectly they decorated our room and arranged a cake also on last moment.The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.The staff were so friendly and helpful.The lunch, snacks and dinner was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was perfect ans close to the city centre and attractions. Khadakwasla dam is very near to the resort. A must visit for family,couples or friends.

Worst hotel I've visited. + No manners to staff + Lady was taking mobile from our hands without permission and deceiving us that she needs checkout details from our app, and upon refusal, very rudely behaved and lastly we came to know she wanted to put good reviews for hotel by herself. It's very rude the way they talk, they literally don't hesitate to argue with customers even if we pay on app and not directly to them. + We cannot lock our room and have the room privately for us, because they have disabled the lock of latch, removed the upper door lock and they have keys and they opened our room while we were in the room without notification that they are coming. +No hot water which is a basic service to be provided. +Room has cockroaches.

I went here with my family and booked two rooms... it is very horrible hotel. Staff are very rude. no hot water for bath. no electricity for most of the time. not good for family. dirty rooms.... i booked this hotel from Oyo. while leaving the hotel lady staff was forcing me to give 5 stars. when i denied staffs abused my family. My advice is not to go in this resort if u r with family. There are many good resorts around.

Booked through Oyo for 400 per day , staff was angry and rude that we paid through Oyo app and not to him directly. He went on rant for 10 minutes about how Oyo is bad , doesn't pay them so he withholds toiletries from guests. He showed us toiletries from Oyo in packed box and gave us 1 towel , 2 chaddars and 1 4medimix soap while bragging how generous he is being. Rooms are dirty and dimly lit. Sheets are dirty. There are bugs- houseflies , mosquitoes, cockroaches. Staff refused to give anything to ward off mosquitoes, I had to go out at the middle of the night to buy repellent. The room door lock was taped in such way that we couldn't properly lock it. Next day staff came through the door while I was inside. When he saw me he gave reason "guy in next room was locked out I mistook this room for that" Hot water is 30 per bucket for bath. Outside food is not allowed because lodgers should only order from the hotel itself. At the time of check out a lady staff member forcefully took phone from my hand telling it was to see "checkout code" There isn't any such thing. After taking it back she admitted it was to give 5 star ratings. She was confrontational and hostile towards me when I refused to give rating. It is still rated 4.2 on oyo. Don't fall for these fabricated ratings.

Hotel management is bad. They offer bad rooms(without TV) for who book & pay through OYO/Other booking agency. It is far from Pune, but near by Sinhagad Fort. Hotel has parking area. No hot water. Felt unsafe to stay there with my wife. I never recommend to stay with family.

Staff is supremely dominating, they are asking for our phones and then themselves rating their hotels from our phones without letting us know. No etiquettes in the staff on neither how to talk or provide services.

Worst experience... booked hotel via oyo. Owner refused payment via online mode. Also food was extremely spicy. Not edible. Plz never book this. Literally worst experience
