Our first visit to India. I was not looking forward to my travels after having my visa being rejected and last minute stress trying to get a new visa. Wagoba was our 2nd Tiger Reserve on our 34 day Tiger Safari trip. We were welcomed and looked after very well, upon arrival and through out our 4 day stay, From the GM Amit, Naturalists, dining staff, house keeping, practically ALL staff that worked here were always with a smile and most helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble. There was always staff around to make sure, their guests are well looked after. Rooms, spacious and very comfortable, we have traveled extensively, mostly in Africa, and we found Wagoba lodge as good or even better!!! Thank you for a memorable stay, we will be back for another visit.

Had the best experience recently at Waghoba Ecolodge. Was here with family from out of town and we did 5 safaris with the lodge and i have to say it was one of the most wonderful experiences I've had. The hospitality, generosity, warmth, kindness, thoughtfulness, attention to detail displayed by the team during our stay was heartwarming - this is a trip that's going to stay with us for a long time! The food is outstanding. Unlike the usual buffet set up one finds at most hotels, here you are served a different thali for each meal with the yummiest desserts and freshly churned ice creams to go with. Every meal was special, especially owing to the staff that was always around to make sure your plate was never empty! Our bedrooms were always kept ready with the air conditioner blasting every time we came back from a drive all hot and sweaty ! We were sent off with snacks to ensure we didn't get hungry on our drive to the airport. There were so many little details that made our experience so special. Divya, our naturalist was an absolute gem - kind, insightful and knowledgeable. Thank you for your efforts to ensure we had the best sightings and thank you for your photos shared below! ||Thank you Amit and team for making this experience a memorable one, safe to say we'll be booking Pugdundee safari experiences wherever we have the option! Hope to be back soon||Regards,|Natasha Vaswani

We recently visited Waghoba Eco Lodge with family and it was an amazing experience. From the very beginning of our trip right up until the end we were treated with such kindness. The room was very comfortable and always spotless. The staff tidied up our rooms for us twice a day while we were out at our safaris. They ensured to turn on the AC shortly before we got back from the safaris to ensure our room was at a cool temperature - this was very nice particularly when returning from a hot afternoon safari!||The chef and his team at the lodge ensured that every meal was absolutely incredible. The meals were all farm to table and you could tell just how fresh the ingredients were. The waiters in the dining room were so kind and ensured we never left hungry! The desserts were so unique and delicious, and overall we couldn't help but leave the dining room already looking forward to the next meal.||Our naturalist Divya greeted us when we arrived at the lodge and accompanied us on all our safaris. You can tell just how passionate she is about what she does, and how much she enjoys sharing her knowledge about the jungle. We learned a lot from her during each safari, and were in awe at how no animal however well camouflaged and however far off in the distance could escape her sight.||Overall we would most definitely recommend Waghoba Eco Lodge, a place where you are certain to have a lovely getaway, experience plenty of fun sightings (we saw a leopard, sloth bear, pack of wild dogs, crocodiles, and tiger sightings during every safari among other animals), and be treated with care and kindness at the lodge. We certainly hope to return soon!

We had very pleasant stay here for a day. It was overall a nice experience. Rooms were well maintained, overall ambience inside the property is very good. Had dinner and breakfast there, both were excellent with special mention to the breakfast . One of the breakfast I had in a very long time. Will be back for a longer stay in near future.

Our second stay with Pugdundee Safaris after Bandhavgarh, and therefore everything we felt was always going to be compared across the two properties.||One common outstanding feature across both was obviously the service levels and the staff - they were top notch, across the front desk, dining room and naturalists. There was never an instance where we needed something and we weren't attended to immediately. They are always smiling and ready to help and that in itself is worth staying here.||The rooms here were much larger and spacious and we actually enjoyed the rooms a lot more here...the fact that there was a separate bedroom section made the entire layout seem much more organized. The sitout at the back provides a good touch, although given the heat we couldn't use it much. The beds are large and comfortable and there was an additional smaller area where our daughter could fit, so the room didn't seem cluttered at all.||The naturalists were top notch - we had the opportunity to spend time with 2, but mostly with Shashank and he was extremely knowledgable and had loads of facts to share about wildlife and the forest in general. We absolutely enjoyed his company throughout our time there and would highly recommend him for any safaris during the stay here.||The reason for not getting 5 stars is primarily the food - this is where we felt the comparison with their other property didn't help; while there was a lot of variety and a local touch, we felt this was a letdown. It also didn't help that the menu repeated on the 5th day...while the taste was definitely not bad, we thought it didn't live to our (admittedly high) expectations.||The other minor feedback is on the pool - it was cold even though it was a blazing 40 degrees outside and the structure of the shade probably leads to this. While I can understand why they did this, unfortunately we were unable to use the pool for much given this. The approach road is in very bad shape, again not entirely their fault, but that makes it an unpleasant experience when doing multiple safaris.||These couple of minor things nothwithstanding, we really enjoyed our stay here and if we happen to go back to Tadoba, we would definitely be staying with them again.

An amazing stay. A lovely lodge with excellent facilities, very clean and lovely staff, always with a smile on their faces. Staff were excellent, polite and friendly. Food was excellent with both Indian and International dishes available. Tiger safaris were incredible with plenty of successful sightings, our guide was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again.

What a wonderful hospitality. Thank you to Mr. Amit and his team for taking very good care of us during our stay with a very high level of attention to details. Compliments to the chef have cooked delicious food for us, which made the experience even more memorable. We had the luck to see tigers, sloth bears and wild dogs and many more during our time in Tadoba.

An amazing lodge. Stunning location and staff very accommodating and can't do enough for you. The food is incredible and great alternative options if you didn't want Indian food. The lodges are all of very high standards. The guides are amazing and have great passion for the wildlife. Tadoba is a really great National Park for tiger sightings. Thank you for another incredible stay.
