Caasa Tranquilla Somatane

Had a very relaxing weekend in Casaa Tranquilla . The place offered a swimming pool to dip in, lovely garden space to walk and games to play indoor. The rooms were clean and service by Balu was prompt. Good home food was served as per our choice. Highly recommended was some quality time with family and friends.

The only positive aspect was the location. Everything else was disappointing. The food was terrible, and Indian food was unavailable on Tuesday. The staff was unprofessional, and there was no Wi-Fi or TV in the room. We were asked to pay the full amount in advance, as if we were thieves, and then had to wait 30 minutes for the check-in process because the website was down. They wouldn't allow us to enter the room until the issue was resolved. The room smelled awful, and despite requesting cleaning, no one came to address it. Additionally, they kept water bottles in the room without our request, and then charged us for them when we checked out. There was no free water in a room priced at 11k. All the towels and blankets were dirty. Overall, it was not worth the money.

Location of casa is at lohgad don't go there . Rooms was cleans and beautiful. Service was good. But the food was pathetic I would rate for food 0 zero . Disgusting food. Not worthy. Rates tooo high. They lied with us about bon-fire. They didn't give us bonfire in winter so rude and unprofessional behaviour. It's not worthy to pay them so high. Food and drinks-Bakwasss ... Pathetic food at all . Only tea was good.. paneer was bakwasss. Literally wastage of food . Bad food.

Location is near Expressway, Swimming pool should have been Bigger ..Food and Service is good..A little bit expensive for the property type but maybe The rate were high due to New Year's excessive Demand.

Place we can call home now! Second visit with a group of friends. Superb location with proximity to mumbai pune express way. The exact calm amongst chaos escape. Great food quality and hosts are amazing as always! Do visit for quality time.

The food quality can be improved. The property and location both are amazing, the staff is also accomodating.

I would like to share that our experience at the villa was phenomenal. It met all our expectations regarding cleanliness, food, and hospitality. I would like to specifically mention that the quality and taste of the food were amazing. We really enjoyed both the starters and the main course, especially the veg crispy (must try). Our experience was made even better by their caretaker, Balu, he was extremely sweet and helpful! He tried his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for hosting us!

The coordinator/owner was very rude and arrogant. They kept reminding me about their strict check-in/check-out policy in a harsh way. They didn't know how to treat customers properly. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
