The Cult Stay

We stayed at Cult Stay, Solapur during our recent road trip from Bangalore (KA) to Surat (GJ), using it as an overnight stopover for around 14 hours. This well-managed property feels like an upscale serviced apartment with clean, hygienic rooms, caring staff, and delicious food. Located very close to Solapur Railway Station and key attractions and shopping areas, it's extremely convenient for travelers. We had booked a triple occupancy room, and it was vibrant, clean, and welcoming. After a 600-km road journey, the well-maintained bed, mattress, pillows, and clean bathroom really helped us relax. The room was also equipped with a mini-fridge, hot kettle, and tea/coffee supplies. The staff deserves a special mention -- they were courteous and helpful, offering guidance on local sightseeing and shopping. For dinner, we dined at their rooftop restaurant, enjoying a flavorful blend of Punjabi and Maharashtrian dishes. Overall, we loved the stay and warm hospitality at Cult Stay. A stone's throw away from the Solapur railway station, this hotel has one of the best food services in the world. I can honestly say that the Indian comfort food provided by the world class aunties in the kitchen,paired with the lovely breeze on the rooftop restaurant takes me back home. The rooms themselves are sophisticated and modern, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. A table and chair is provided, along with a lamp and a television for either work or relaxation. Incredibly efficient service by the hotel staff, and the owner and staff provide informed advice pertaining to locations for visiting or culinary delicacies to try. Having travelled to multiple countries, I would rate this stay a 9.3/10 - better than most premium stays.

If you are planning for trip to Sholapur, look no further than Cult Hotel. This is a hidden gem in a quiet neighbourhood and is closer to Railway station. We have stayed at this hotel with multiple room bookings and each room was different in interiors, colour scheme and layout. The rooms are very spacious with soothing decor and thoughtful uncluttered furniture. With baggage tucked on one side you still have ample space to move around unlike commercial hotels with cramped spaces. Food is served on the roof top area providing view of the cityscape. With gentle breeze in the evening, dinner is a laid back relaxed affair. Home cooked healthy food is served hot be it breakfast (inclusive in package) and lunch or dinner at reasonable rates. The epitome of the stay is the very courteous staff who go at length to make the stay comfortable. The team led by Kiran, Shrikant are very helpful in planning tours. It's service with a smile. Booked through MMT but couldn't make it on the original date. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to postpone our stay by a day. The rooms were spacious and equipped with basic amenities. For EV travelers, there's a wall box with a 3-point plug that provides 2.4kW power--we were able to charge our vehicle overnight without any issues. A pleasant surprise was the warm breakfast hospitality by Amar in the morning. While the spread was simple--featuring poha, masala dosa, flavorful masala chai, fresh watermelon juice, and the hotel's specialty, 'shenga laddoo'--everything tasted excellent. Amar's friendly service made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay in Solapur!

Cute small property! Liked the stay! Single building but I loved their interior and the way they have designed the rooms. Spacious rooms just as shown on their site and very helpful people. Good for short stays and for all age groups. They have a book shelf where by you can read books. Elevator is there so no problem also they do have dinning facility which is good. Located in main area, nearby Dr. Kotnis memorial and railway station but safe place even for solo travellers. They do also keep solapur's famous dry bhakari and groundnut chutney if any tourists wish to buy. We had a small problem while reaching at this hotel during the on going road work but they helped us willing and instantly which could save our time to next visit. Helpful people! Also, they have do provide cars and trips to Akkalkot, tuljapur and pandharpur. Nice and save stay!

This was second stay for us at The Cult Stay and it was pleasurable and enjoyable as the first one. We were 10 of us and the rooms were allocated accordingly. The rooms were clean and neat, the reception was quick and responsive, the breakfast included in the package was wholesome and good. They had dormitory service at reasonable rate for the drivers which was quite convenient. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Solapur to stay here and enjoy the clean hospitality.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who's planning to visit Solapur for the first time. The rooms are well spaced and maintained though a little work in making the rooms top notch could be done. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. The food is outstanding and super tasty, specially would love to mention Amar as he is the best server in this property who knows how to treat a guest and serve the guest accordingly and the other staff is also nice. I liked the property very much . Though there are so many good things but the best thing I liked was the hospitality from the staff & the owner . He is a lovely Soul & a great chef . He presents the dishes beautifuly & Taste, quality is just awesome . I loved their Laddu which I bought for my family & it was finished in 2 days & wanting for more .||Do buy the laddu & other items which are home made & Quality is top notch . Don't forget to try their Mausambi Juice in the breakfast , It is just too good ...||The rooms are very spacious . They have a small kitchen also . The entire Property is sparkling clean . The location is also very good closer to the highway which makes it very convenient for people coming from the Pune highway.||The restaurent is located in the terrace which has been uniquely designed in terms of the floor . Since it's located in the Residential area , Parking seems to be an issue as not many vehicles can get parked.|There is also a star bazaar located in walking distance from this place . The place is quiet & you can get a good sleep in the night .||So if you are looking for a Place to stay in Solapur & if you are with your family Or solo , then you can book this place to make it memorable , though this place does not have a Gym or a Pool but the services are no less than 5 Star .||Thank You to the entire Cult team , Will come back for Sure ....
