Good and affordable Homestay option for Families. Solapur which is the centre point for key religious destinations like Tuljapur, Pandharpur, Akkalkot, and Gangapur has this a no frill Homestay which does its job best- it has big AC hall and two bed rooms with separate washroom and bathroom. Owner and management is accommodating and warm. Recommended option.

To start with it's not a hotel but a 2bhk flat, it can accommodate a lot of people. Toilet & bathroom are separate, that's a good part but the water is very hard. The hotel stay experience was overall very good but you are supposed to pay all the balance amount at the time of checkin which is wrong. The area or the location is very good it's peaceful and quite, it has a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood so you won't face any issue finding food around here.

Really happy with the stay. We stayed here for the two nights. Although this is not hotel but you can book the room without hassling. Morning tea is real fantastic thing here. Caretaker is also nice and helpful.

Conveniently located , rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was available on site which was a big plus and reception was very helpful and gave local information we needed !! Nice stay

We recently visited the home stay (flat) with family of 4 adults and 1 child. The host is very polite and cooperative but fact is this property is very new hence lacking with many basic things. Flat has only 1 bed, 2 small sofa, 2 small floor mattress, Geyser, raw kitchen platform and TV that's it. AC is fitted in the hall and no blocking so cooling gets hammered. In the room so many things are missing drinking water facility, power backup, basic utensils, dustbin, broom, cloth hanger (not even in bathroom), curtains in bedroom etc. If u want to just spend single night for sleeping it's good option but not for longer stay like for holidays or vacation or official tour.

The stay at the facility was excellent. The rent was quite reasonable. Location too is quite accessable form the main road. The neighborhood is peaceful and quite. It is also clean with ample parking space. Hotels and shopping are at a walkable distance.

No basic fecelity, only one bathroom, and it so small, and owner is very rash, and cost is high not worthy
