Worst place good for lone travellers but not for family and couples. If there isn't any option to go for AC room, non AC has very poor ventilation.

The lodge was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The rooms were dingy, with outdated furnishings and a pervasive musty smell. The staff seemed indifferent, providing lackluster service and showing little interest in addressing concerns. The staff has no manners( uses abusive words to clients) and loyalty NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LODGE

Maintainence is worst and the room we got hasn't hanger in bathroom even in room.no proper cleaning, floor and everywhere is dirt, fan hasn't speed regulator and we suffered with it all the night. Nothing except bed to sleep. Extremely dissatisfied. They are running hotel on demand (kaisebi chalega category), not at all customer friendly

Worst Hotel ever seen in my life till date. Rooms are like haunted house which appears to be uncleaned since ages. Bathrooms are dirty. No proper services and facility for anybody as such. I would recommend anybody and everybody that do not book rooms here even if you have emergency. Over all a worst experience here.

3 rd class hotel... Photos are fake rooms hotel everything dirty.. Staying on footpath n in this hotel is same they charge 2000 of ac room but ac not working tv not working ask for room cleaning they brought mop which was more dirty so pls dont stay dont come here we r shifting to Nakshatr tom cant even sleep here.

Room was clean. Breakfast was not provided. A/C and TV doesn't work. Hot water not available. Overall cleanliness and neatness outside the rooms was not much pleasing. Staff behaviour was ok. Everything else was good. Location is good everything was close from this spot.

A person in the adjacent room tried to complain about the living conditions and was shouted upon by the owner, to quote. "There is Raj heights nearby, pay 2000 there and live there, don't expect such facility here." Owner is very rude, staff is absent, the room is good but not well maintained. Pay 200 extra but get a liveable hotel. Problems I faced: - There is no curtain - Bathroom has no curtain - Shower Leaks - Hand spray for toilet broke - A/C is barely doing its job - Some switches are reversed in the same switch board - Fan cannot be regulated - Bedsheet has holes - Blanket has stains. - No intercom - No tea or paid/complementary breakfasts services - Anyone, literally anyone can enter the premises - no security P.S. There could be more, I stayed here for just 1 day.

1. The receptionist's behaviour was as if he was on drugs . He first refused to give me the room . He said he has no rooms . When i showed him the booking details , he asked me to contact OYO . When i said i will complain , he showed me a room that hadnt been opened for like an year , pungent smelling , broken at all places. When i made more noise , he offered me 2 rooms that were pathetic in condition. Since it was nearing midnight , i had not option. 2. The rooms were so dusty that they may not have been cleaned since they were inaugurated. Photos of the Fan attached. 3. The mattress was in shambles . While it was more than 6 inches thick, the moment you were on it , it was no more than a bed sheet. 4. The AC was there as a show piece. It was emitting foul smell as well as hot air. Photo Attached. 5. There was no geyser or Solar hot water . Photo Attached. 6. There was no plug point to charge your mobile or laptop. You had to take out the plug of the TV to use. Photo Attached 7. The rest room did not have a latch . Photo Attached. 8. No place to park your vehicle. 9. Cockroaches were running on the bed. Photo Attached. 10. Pathetic Place , do not recommend to anyone.
