OYO 44369 Hotel Ashirwad

Stayed last week with family. Its right above the bar but that did not bothered us as had an separate entrance. Location is fine and just next to good restaurants - Brahmand. Room was well maintained and cleaned.

Lot of nymphs (baby cockroaches) were in the room. Hired driver informed owner of hotel but no action taken. In the midnight, they switched off air conditioner and disturbed our sleep. Next day giving excuse that wrongly switched off. Room condition is good and well functioning AC.

Just recently stayed here, it was very bad experience and I have never seen before such kind of situation like the way of taking and rude behaviour from Mr.patel at the reception. He doesn't know how to talk to customer. Rest of food from brahmand hotel was very yummy and nice to taste...I won't recommend stay here to others from my side...

Very good lodge at the price point, rooms are clean and modern, interiors are nicely done, it is better than some hotels which are charging more than 3k per night. I got non AC rooms at 1500 rupees per night which is good value for money considering solapur has very less budget hotels that are well maintained. Mr. Patel at the reception is very helpful. The dormitory is also very neat and clean. Location is very convenient and safe, no nuisance. there is a restaurant called brahmand besides this hotel which serves food. for parking one has to park their car in the abutting internal lane or the open ground opposite to the road. One issue i noticed is that there is a bar at the basement which shares common entry with the hotel and at late night sometimes drunk people keep staring at the female guests which will obviously be uncomfortable. Only if they seggregate the entry for hotel and bar it will be good.

Proper room cleaning is not being done. Room size is good and adequate. washroom was clean and good to use. They must provide at least Tea from Hotel. Everytime after ordering food / tea / water, we had to pay in cash which was very irritating.

The only thing about the hotel is cleanliness. There is no lift, no TV and room is all closed. No parking with Sheds it was an Open parking with dump and waste everywhere. You can think about the Hotel if you are a lone traveler.

Overall good experience and the needed privacy. But we could not find any eateries shops in the nearby area. And the TV in the room was not working so it was a boring day from the point of view of kids.

I would had rated 4stars for the property but deducted it for a bad experience. Overall property is good, around 2.5km from railway station. Room are pretty descent and clean. Staff is also good. There is a good restaurant next to it called Brahmand which is a must try for bhakri and thalipeet. We booked two Oyo rooms for 600 each from yatra. However when we reached the hotel was not ready to give the rooms. They said they are not with Oyo anymore and they don't have 600 rooms. Pay extra amount and take the rooms. It's only when we raised a complaint with Oyo rooms customer care did they agree to provide us the rooms saying it was complimentary from Oyo. Looking at the rooms I agree that they were very good and not worth 600, however we as a customer wanted the rooms for 5-6 hours so booked it from Oyo. Now if there is a issue between property owner and Oyo then it has to be resolved internally by them and the customers should not be stranded. My parents were kept waiting for more than hour due to this. We book room with a assurance that we will get it when we arrive. This kinds of incidents raise doubt. Good part Oyo customer service was good enough to resolve the issue instead of saying the rooms are not available. 10 on 10 for it. The hotel and staff is also good. I would definitely prefer staying here again someday. Dos Don't book Oyo hotel from yatra. They don't help in times of need. After booking call hotel and check and confirm once.
