We stayed for 2 nights..Very ridiculous experience.owner is very conservative..it's very costly with respect to service.. you need to keep asking for each things like towel, soap, water bottle, tv remote, Ac remote.. unless you ask you won't get even though you already paid for it . Owner keep off AC from main switch.

Absolutely wrong treatment from hall owner and staff. Hall was not even cleaned before handing over. Unfair and unreasonable charges recovered from us like 2500 light bill for 3 hours(Only 1 ac hall was booked), led light charges( we never asked for these lights), generator charges( not at all used), water charges(all food was made at vendors place and served directly at hall), 1 table charge of Rs300. Not at all recommended place for any function. Owner is just looking for different ways of recovering money. All above charges were over and above hall rental which's was quite high for the size of hall. Do your function any where in the world but not at this place. I would like to give minus points to this review if possible.

Third class service... 3rd class test..... Rude people.... Rude owner.... Rude waiter Overall Kamala Shanti palace and Gupta bhoj restaurant both are not third class they are classless....

Very neat and clean banquet hall. All the arrangements done are as per requirements. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Lifts alongwith staircase is available. Halls are very spacious bright and air conditioned. Friendly staff and management.

Good food and ambience for family functions like wedding, reception, etc.

It's a hall for marriages and functions. Nice place for family functions.
