Worst Experience at Hotel Surya Executive* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Surya Executive. What was once a decent hotel has deteriorated to a shocking level. The front desk staff were arrogant, provided false commitments, and had the audacity to change the room price at checkout. The manager and staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving our issues. The room itself was plagued with problems: no hot water, bugs in the bed and toilet, and pillows that were ridiculously huge. To add insult to injury, they didn't even provide mineral water bottles, instead offering plain bottled water. Cockroaches roamed freely in the room, and the staff had the nerve to beg for tips. The only redeeming quality was the food, which was good but overpriced. Overall, the management and staff at Hotel Surya Executive have created a toxic environment that prioritizes exploiting customers over providing decent service. I was a regular customer, but this experience has ensured I'll never return. I strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available that uphold their commitments and offer fair prices. Hotel Surya Executive's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction will ultimately lead to their downfall.

I recently stayed at Surya International Hotel, and I must say, the experience left a lot to be desired. The quality of services and facilities has drastically deteriorated compared to previous visits. The manager seemed to lack awareness and was perpetually confused, which negatively impacted the overall experience. Furthermore, mineral water was not provided, and we were offered RO water instead--a detail that reflects poorly on the hotel's hospitality standards. To make matters worse, the bedsheets in the room were in a torn state, which is simply unacceptable. Despite booking confirmations being done, the room was not ready when we arrived, which added to the frustration and lack of professionalism. Not recommended for a stay until significant improvements are made to address these issues and restore the standards the hotel was once known for.

Rooms - If travelling with family, opt for Surya Executive. Surya International rooms are very cramped, approach is difficult as well. Bachelors or young couples can go for this hotel. Food is served at Surya Executive and it's the USP. Do opt for breakfast or dinner options in your package. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Not walkable from station so a rickshaw is must. Staff helps arranging rocks even at odd hours. Looking at room quality, cost wise is a bit expensive.

The rooms were far below standard for the price charged, and the service was abysmal--calls to the front desk went unanswered. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. This hotel offers absolutely no value for money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

I stayed with my family at Surya International for four days last month. The hotel premises and rooms were very good, and the staff was quite friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent with many local vegetarian dishes prepared very well. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and polite. The room was clean with all amenities such as ac, TV, toiletries, phone, etc. However, it was a bit small for three people, though it was not a major issue. The room service quality was also very nice. The hotel is just a 10 min walk from the main road and is close to Oasis Mall and market area for eating out and local shopping. It is also close to the Siddheshwar Temple (a few minutes by auto) and around 15 min walking to Lucky Chowk! Overall, a pleasant experience!!!!

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, Surya International is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable holiday. With its great breakfast and the perfect holiday vibes, it's a place I'd gladly return to for another stay! ---

Rooms are decent, but service n parking is pathetic. Food was avg. Pls avoid holiday rush as overall Solapur hotels arent that great n limited options.

Room and location was good but the staff was so rude they are didn't even know how to talk with the customer. I will surely not recommend this hotel to anyone due to this bad experience.
