*2/5 Stars - Worst Experience at Hotel Surya Executive* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Surya Executive. What was once a decent hotel has deteriorated to a shocking level. The front desk staff were arrogant, provided false commitments, and had the audacity to change the room price at checkout. The manager and staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving our issues. The room itself was plagued with problems: no hot water, bugs in the bed and toilet, and pillows that were ridiculously huge. To add insult to injury, they didn't even provide mineral water bottles, instead offering plain bottled water. Cockroaches roamed freely in the room, and the staff had the nerve to beg for tips. The only redeeming quality was the food, which was good but overpriced. Overall, the management and staff at Hotel Surya Executive have created a toxic environment that prioritizes exploiting customers over providing decent service. I was a regular customer, but this experience has ensured I'll never return. I strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available that uphold their commitments and offer fair prices. Hotel Surya Executive's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction will ultimately lead to their downfall. TIP SUPPOSE YOU BOOK THE ROOM KINDLY TAKE EVERYTHING IN WRITTEN THEY DON't HONOUR THEIR OWN COMMITMENTS

The hotel is really very good. Good clean rooms. Nearest to railway station . The big -ve point is their reception staff. Not at all helpful and very rude. Hope the management works on it soon rather than taking their valuable customers granted.

Very nice spacious rooms. Well maintained. Absolutely good warm hospitality. Ambience inside is wonderful. Good tasty menu on the list. Large variety.

I recently stayed at Surya Executive had booked 2 rooms for a night, actually they are 2 Hotels at one place and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The price for the room was much higher than expected, especially considering the overall experience. It was an old Hotel but maintained in a good condition and felt that the owners do really take care of this property personally. What really frustrated me was being charged for my kid which was of 4 years old for breakfast. All other hotels offer free meals for children, but here we were asked to pay extra. This should have been clearly communicated when booking "Manager on desk said, if your kid ate something then he has to pay". Also for the younger kid they charged for extra person as an adult even we didnt use additional mattress or any other facility. It felt like an unnecessary charge, especially when the breakfast options were nothing special. Staff being very rude in behavior mainly people of the Front Desk and support staff quarrel in front of us, which gives a nature of work environment at the Hotel

Just had unpleasant experience over phone, I am a regular customer for them, i also prefer this hotel, but now no more. Several times they have gifted me for regular service availed.

I have been visiting Hotel Surya Executive in Solapur since childhood, but my recent stay was very disappointing. Our rooms were promised by 8:15 AM, then delayed to 9 AM a day before, but we only got them at 12 PM. Our group of 14, including 2 small kids, had to wait for hours. The reception staff on 13th early morning, was rude, uncordial and denied us the early morning room we were promised. He only gave a temporary room after an argument. The hotel was also unclean, with cockroaches in the dining area. Poor service, rude staff, and bad hygiene--would not recommend unless they improve.

Location is good. Car parking available. Good rooms even though it's old. No wifi inside the room. (I stayed in fifth floor). Complementary breakfast was provided. Behaviour and attitude and politeness of the security staff is good. But didn't receive the same from the reception. Paid RS 5040 for one night. I think that's a bit costly.

Was There in This Hotel for 3 days and it was pathetic. Only Good Thing was The Food i.e breakfast, Dinner. The Beds and the pillow was Very Uncomfortable. The room which was allotted To us was also Okayish. The windows were constantly Making Noise. For Location The location of the hotel is also very poor it's deep inside A peth. Also They Charged Wrong Bill With our bill They Attached Another rooms Bill to our bill. Poor Management Poor Hotel Everything Just rubbish Won't recommend To anyone
