HOTEL SAIPRASAD LODGE

Family had a pathetic experience in all sense about the Hotel on 1 March 2025. 1. No proper staircase access towards room. Temperory fabricated staircase is provided where a single person can barely climb the chair at a time. 2. Uncleaned Linen. (Even the replaced linen were dirty) 3. Uncleaned Bathroom. 4. Faulty Faucets in Bathroom. 5. Geyser gets turned on but there is no water supply (Video Enclosed). 6. Owner absolutely doesn't care about the guests. Just after we checked-in, we faced the power outrage at evening within an half hour around 7.00 PM. Room went completely blackout because there was no power backup. Electricity got restored in 10-15 minutes, however, I didn't wanted to take a chance about another power outrage at middle of the night while staying with family. I didn't wanted to continue my stay after knowing that there is no power backup. We requested for checkout in less than hour, however, owner refused to make refund & disrespectfully said you can leave if you don't want to stay.

Denied entry staff is very negligient and rude. Said my id card is fake. The hotel is very unhygienic. Not recommended for civilised people

I visited this lodge a few days ago and had experienced the worst customer service and I never suggested anyone else to come to this lodge.

Gently giving the review. Zero value for money..they are charging there rooms 1600/day that rooms don't deserve even 500/day..there was no proper cleaning , blankets that were not clean, washrooms and bucket was durty , cockroaches were roaming on beds..after all this owner was asking for solution from there guest that what should I do for these durty bedsheets and all .

Very pathetic service..not even single star..no hot water..they will say ac room but no ac working ..no bathroom lights working..very bad room cleaning
