*Hotel Radhe Krishna Review* *Date of Stay: 9th May 2025* Our recent stay at Hotel Radhe Krishna was disappointing, to say the least. Despite its central location, the hotel's maintenance and service fell short of expectations. *Key Issues:* 1. *Check-in Delay*: The front desk took an inordinate amount of time to process our check-in, indicating understaffing. 2. *Room Maintenance*: The assigned rooms had significant leakage issues, suggesting poor maintenance. 3. *Limited Staff*: The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays and inefficiencies. 4. *Breakfast Miscommunication*: The manager claimed that complimentary breakfast wasn't included, citing a discount of 50 per room, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. 5. *Rude Staff*: The front desk staff displayed rude and uncooperative behavior. 6. *Missing Amenities*: Rooms lacked intercom facilities, and the TV remote was missing. 7. *Value for Money*: Considering the issues, the stay felt overpriced. *Conclusion* Given the numerous issues, we wouldn't recommend Hotel Radhe Krishna without significant improvements in service, maintenance, and staff training.

im lying on my beautiful soft bed with a huge divet for tonight. the room is bright and light and so cosy and after my experience of the night before it's close to heaven. while they don't have a restaurant right now, there are a dozen eateries fifty metres away which i can't wait to go explore after my shower! It is a central location and in so happy to stay here

I happened to visit Solapur for a friend's marriage and got to stay in the hotel. The manager of the Hotel was pathetic, he has no manners to speak to his colleagues, he was yelling at one of his colleagues, even to his client. There was an advance payment for our booking booking but he made us wait at the reception till the time he got the additional payment he demanded. Their is no room service, initially we got water bottles, next day we had to order it and had to pay for it. As it was a marriage occasion lot of friends visited there, one of our female colleague tried to visit us the next day, she was not allowed to visit she had to wait at the reception. I tried speaking to the guy but he was very rude and adamant I would never recommend anyone visit this hotel!

All is good there. No need to spend on packed drinking water. Their RO water tastes good. We stayed there with family + two children. This hotel was selected by our travel agent. Suggestion - add laundry and change buckets and provide stands to dry clothes.

Only the AC room was good. I booked initially non-ac, but the washroom was not well maintained. Check the flush tank and jet spray also wash basin connection is well maintained. Also must confirm for hot water facility. A hot water facility is not available for every room. Check everything.

Nice way to scam by Hotel Staff. First they will accept the booking over the phone and then once you reach the hotel will say we cannot accommodate you for the number of days you want because you didn't informed that you would be reaching late. When you try to inform that you tried reaching out saying that you would be late they blatantly deny that we did not receive your call. Secondly Solapur as tourist destination should improve its game in hospitality sector.

The property is old, poorly maintained, and looks nothing like the pictures. It feels shady and unreliable. When we checked in late, the room was in terrible condition. The jetspray was leaking, and it took half an hour to fix it. We requested a room change, but the staff refused. The cupboard wall was damp and covered in fungus. Overall, this place is not worth considering--there are much better options available. To top it off, when we asked for an auto-rickshaw to the station, the driver added the hotel's commission to the fare. Avoid this property!

Rooms were not clean ...the colour given was like a patchwork pr done by novice /inexperienced painter... Sofa , toilet everything was reminding of used stuffs and not hygienic...ac remote was not working... The bedliners were not smelling great... The resturant was congested and many things were not in order... We ordered bread butter and they had sprinkled salt in it ... Staff was indifferent to customers... Food if you order at room , have to pay on the spot only . And not added to final bill... There were minral water bottles kept however .... View is not great... Its not at all value for money ... I found it expensive for ambience... Avoid if you can...
