Hotel Pratham

Recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Pratham in Solapur, and it was truly delightful. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. I would surely recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway!

This is one of the worst hotel I would say. From where shall I start. The whole experience was rubbish. I was staying in Suite room with my family. Morning breakfast was not good at all. The staff don't know the difference between Ala carte and buffet. When we asked for 'Omlet' in bfast the staff said they will charge for the food. The food was included in my stay though. The quality of food is rubbish! The rooms do not have water. The basic facility is missing. The flush was not working, and the room was stinking. The dental kit , room slippers and towels were missing. I will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. And people who are giving 5 star ratings are their own staff!

We dine in for dinner. Meal is good quality and tasty. I suggest try 'Paneer Lababdar' which is having good taste.I feel rates are little expensive but additional of ambiance and music with professional staff it's worthy. But, after came to home I just casually checked bill receipt as they changed unnecessary extra money for our leftover meal for parcel. They charge per plastic container 15 . And packed bottle they charge per bottle 30 which is I think comedy with customer.so, I withdraw 1 rating star from rating for these.

To put things into perspective, the ambiance at Hotel Pratham is quite basic, with nothing noteworthy apart from an artificial lawn. While it gives the appearance of a slightly upscale setting, it does not justify the steep prices. What could be improved: 1. Pricing: The pricing is unreasonable and does not match the quality of the food, service, or ambiance. A more competitive and fair pricing model would make it more appealing. 2. Ambiance: While the artificial lawn adds some charm, the overall decor and atmosphere need an upgrade to align with the premium rates being charged. 3. Value for Money: Guests expect an experience that matches the amount they are paying, whether it's in terms of taste, presentation, or service. The hotel was good, neat & clean too.. Though the rooms are a bit small sized.. The place is easily accessible and on main road.. The bathrooms were clean and had showers too with good hot water.. The staff was courteous and good.. Its a very quiet hotel in Solapur, 10 min distance from railway station.

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Pratham, Solapur for 2 nights from 27th to 29th February 2024. Centrally located close to Saat Rasta junction, the hotel is easily reachable. The access is elegant with an expansive parking area that can accommodate 10 cars. The lobby has a nice waiting lounge. Mr. Shafi at the front office was very helpful with the checking-in process.|The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean. The AC was super effective despite a scorching Sun outside. The well-appointed room had an office desk, a large 43" LED TV , a glass-topped coffee table, coffee-maker along with ingredients for self-serviced tea & coffee. The mini-fridge was very effective which I don't find in most of the hotels at this price-point. The king sized-bed had a cushioned bench at the foot which was very useful for keeping the luggage. Mobile charging-points on both sides of the head-board proved to be very useful. One suggestion - the wardrobe in the room had only one clothes-hanger. Better quality hangers and more in quantity may be provided in the wardrobe.|Late in the night, we called up the front office and asked for extra pillows. They were provided within 2 minutes flat. The restaurant and the Bar, I understand, run by a third-party in the basement has a good ambience. The buffet breakfast, though not exquisite, was good enough. The attached garden restaurant was cool and refreshing in the evening.|We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Pratham. I wish them all the best. Keep the service up.

Overnight stopover. Very well maintained room. West facing rooms have unobstructed views. We didn't order any food except for sweet corn chicken soup. It was good. Front office was efficient but they need to learn to greet and smile at the customers!! Highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Also the hotel is well maintained and located on the main road. Staff is courteous and provide good service. Rates can be lowered.
