As a blind traveler, finding a hotel that genuinely understands accessibility is rare -- but this place truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and sincere. Special thanks to Vinay Arya and Dnyaneshwer at the front office -- their assistance was not only helpful but full of empathy and respect. They made me feel welcome, guided me patiently, and were always just a call away. The room was clean, well-arranged, and free from obstacles -- making it easy to move around independently. The air was fresh, the linens crisp, and the quiet ambiance made for a peaceful night's sleep. I was impressed to find Braille menus and tactile signage, thoughtful touches that showed real effort toward inclusion. Overall, an experience that left me with comfort and gratitude. Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just a stay, but care.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Oberon. The rooms were spacious with full glass windows offering great views. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the overall hygiene of the room was commendable. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always eager to assist. The breakfast spread was just right, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Hotel Oberon is a solid 3-star hotel with plenty of positives. The room I stayed in was spacious, and the glass walls added a unique touch. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the hygiene standards were impressive. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was fantastic, and the breakfast spread was more than sufficient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located at one of busy junction on wide ring road. They have very limited parking space, hence for parking and removing the car driver needs to be skilled enough. It is 8 storied building in just sufficient plot size. We had booked standard room, which was very spacious, and it had occupied with one more double bed. Room had big glass window with wide base for sitting. However, no chairs were provided. Hotel interior seems to be simple and old, however they had modernized bathroom fittings. We could get hot water and faced no issues with fittings. We also liked the light fittings and had provided good number of lights providing sufficient light in room especially during night hours. Also provided some white lights. Due to location one can hear the vehicle honking sound throughout the day. They have very good staff and provide quick room service. They provide only vegetarian food. We liked overall food preparation and pricing was also reasonable. Overall staff & their watchman was very co-operative and courteous. Hotel senior staff or may be owners were available and was interested in customer experience.

It was a wonderful experience and stay at hotel Oberon. Sagar More at front desk helped us a lot with bookings. It was pleasant stay. Clean and spacious rooms great view. Good buffet breakfast. Thanks had a wonderful time

The hotel is located on a busy road a few kilometers from the railway station. I stayed in a large and clean room with AC, good wifi and a king size bed. Staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant - both dinner and breakfast - was good. To put it simply: nothing to complain about.

I stayed here with family and our experience was excellent during stay. Specially I want to mention the behaviour of the front desk officers Sagar and Vinay. Their approach was very nice and customer centric . The Room, Food in restaurant , location , every thing was fantastic and due to this experience, it has become now my most favoured hotel while travelling to Solapur

had one of the worst experiences ever at this hotel. I had a confirmed booking through Agoda (with confirmation number and all details) and reached the hotel late at night around 11:00 PM with my child, only to be told that they had given our room to someone else and had no availability left. When I showed them my confirmation, they blatantly told me that Agoda is a fake site and that their hotel is not even registered on it - which is completely false, considering they had my name, booking confirmation number, and all relevant details in their system. This clearly proves that they had accepted the booking and still chose to give the room away. To make matters worse, the staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The manager yelled at me and showed zero courtesy or sensitivity - especially appalling given that I was a woman alone with a child at that hour. Not only did they fail to take any responsibility, but they also treated me like I was the one at fault. This hotel is completely unreliable, dishonest, and unsafe. Do NOT book this place, especially if you're traveling with family or relying on them for a confirmed stay. Their behavior was inexcusable and no one deserves to be stranded like this.
