Hotel Center Point

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and well-organized. We booked this hotel for one night stay through Agoda, fully paid. We reached the hotel very late around 11pm from Pandharpur. The guy at the reception confirmed our booking, took our ID copies,took my signature and then said that the hotel is fully booked and we can't check in! We are senior citizens, exhausted due to our travel and had no where to go at midnight.Due to long weekend all the decent hotels were sold out. We had to travel further to Akkalkot to get a decent accommodation. It was a horrifying experience.! Beware of this hotel.

This place is really good for family stay. Staff is kind , supportive and helpful. We want to have sheera for our kid. It was not in breakfast menu but staff immediately provided sheera for kid. It was yummy. Really good breakfast. Strawberry juice was good. Thanks to rasik staff for all cooperation. Room 309.

Good hotel to stay, quite & calm, lot if space for car parking. The only thing I feel little bad is the Lift which has still doors need to be open & close manually.

Very average rooms and worst breakfast buffet I ever had literally sambhar is nothing but oil and water mixed with sugar bakwass only good thing is there location and parking can improve rooms and upgrade to branded ACs

We were a group of 5 with 3 rooms and this experience is in all rooms so beware Smelly and not very clean Bathroom is dark and gloomy Cockroaches in the wardrobe Reception doesn't pick intercom calls esp from 10 30 pm to 7 am. Other times you have to be lucky We had to catch a train at 6 am but nobody to help with bags Lift can accommodate only 4 people without luggage Very pathetic food. Poor taste but priced properly. Tomato soup also made out of some ketchup it seems as it's extremely sweet!!! No changes can be requested Poor breakfast options. Margarine instead of butter so even bread isn't a choice Table service waiters unable to understand any order and get confused quickly Only plus is it's fantastic location There are better hotels around Not recommended
