Location of the hotel is in far interior and is difficult to locate. The staff is not cooperative and is reluctant to provide any assistance. Affordability is the only reason for a good rating.

I have booked hotel rooms for my family and friends from agora, First the front desk guy refused our booking in the hotel even I have shown him all details, his plan to sell rooms outside in higher price post slight argument once we got the rooms, they are very bad not at all clean and people are also clueless how to help us. I would recommend not to book this hotel until they improve the service and cleanliness. I will give -5 rating to this hotel

No housekeeping at all. Very bad staff no response to complaints. Careless. When we stay there is no electricity as they didn't pay electricity bill. No generator inverter. They did not provide candles also. Don't book this bakwas hotel.

We reached late, I. E. Early next morning. Our plan was to stay the night and move on with our trip. The place was ideal for our needs, it was affordable and comfortable enough for the stay. The service was good, they arranged for water bottles late at night and tea early morning. Toilets could use better cleaning.

pathetic stay, never opt for this place. nothing intact, booked on short notice only to find dirty bed, blankets, no hot water, dirty toilet and last thing happening was ceiling fan broke and fell on bed , this is a great learning and definitely I will not opt in future

Very nice hotel to stay, staff is very polite and helpful, we had booked three rooms but at the last moment (10 hours before check-in) one family had cancelled their trip, as per the Cleartrip policy, we were not entitled to apply for refund, we had requested them but Cleartrip was not ready to help us, we discussed this situation with hotel owner, (Mr. Kunal) and he repaid our whole amount.

All rooms are of average quality with no ventilation at all for all the rooms... The lodge was undergoing renovation when I visited, so there was a limited staff for cleaning n services. Staff was good.
