Although the hotel has potential, our experience was marred by some issues. ## Key Concerns 1. *Unreasonable charges*: After the haldi ceremony, we noticed some turmeric stains on the pillow cover and bed sheet. Although we tried to clean ourselves, the hotel charged us Rs. 550, which was later reduced to Rs. 250. We found this excessive, especially since we had already adjusted to some extent. 2. *Lack of flexibility*: We understand that accidents can happen, but we felt that the hotel's response was unfair. If we're willing to adjust, we expect the hotel to show some flexibility too. 3. *Other issues*: - Ongoing construction work from 9 am to 6 pm, which was noisy. - Toilet seats were not cleaned properly. - Iron was provided without an ironing board, which could potentially damage the bed. - Parking was an issue over the weekend due to renovation. ## Overall Impression While the hotel has its strengths, the unnecessary charges and lack of flexibility were major turn-offs. We hope the hotel management will take our feedback constructively and make improvements."

Excellent Stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had great service. The staff was friendly, the rooms were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Perfect for a relaxing stay--highly recommend!

Rooms are good location is good but unfortunately staff is not at all helpful may be because they know that they are the only decent option to stay. But it was disappointing that they charge so much compare to the quality and service they provide. For e.g. they charge 700 for an extra person and they provide just a normal mattress, instead they should give the same mattress which are on beds. I don't this was just an example but if we ask for anything the counter staff and is clear no for most of the things.

Room size is good and cleanliness is well maintained. They don't provide hand towel as part of their service only bath towel. Can't understand logic behind it.

This is second time I have stayed in this hotel. It was very pleasant. Only issue was with hot water in toilet. It was just warm.

Good room, great service, excellent food options, and a nice swimming pool. They have separate restaurants on campus for veg and non veg food and both are good
