Very bad experience, service & Reception Staff Behaviour Very Rubbes Slow Service Not Available Towal, Water Bottles ????????

This is not a hotel and not even lodging. Fun part as that they don't provide room service in morning till 11 am, which means you will not get tea coffee at morning at your room with simpler reasons as they don't have service staff to serve. Complementary breakfast starts at 8.15 and that to outside hotel. They don't provide parking assistance or luggage assistance etc. Property not maintained properly

The ambiance was perfect, and the service exceeded expectations , Will recommend it to all my friends and family.

I love the AMBIANCE, "Luxurious and Relaxing" From the moment I checked in, I felt pampered. The dining options were exquisite.

Worst service. Don't visit based on viral reels

Rooms are good. Food is good but service is not satisfactory. When we checked in, the lift was out of service for 2 days. No any service boy was available to deliver the luggage till room and our room was on 2nd floor. They did ask for help, and they didn't bother only.
