The location is really peaceful.the rooms are clean and well ventilated toilets and food canteen is really good.there nothing to pick point except the service.we had a really bad experience about the service over the parking.the caretaker(vilas) behaved very mean and rudely.

Clean rooms that's why 2 Star. From the price point it could be better. Except for the basic room you get nothing. Parking is available inside the premises. No payment receipt. Pay options only cash or UPI.

If you wish to spend a quality time with your family, away from your busy schedule, then this is the best place you can consider. Clean and neat property, fairly close to the seashore and most importantly, the staff under abled leadership (Vilas Nalavade) is so hospitable and courteous that you'll fall in love with this place. Exceptionally delicious locally influenced food, cleanliness maintained are commendable. Please go for this place.

Just for a day or two this place is ok if you are looking for an avg price hotel. The rooms are comparatively small yet clean. No tv connection just enjoy the surroundings. Food was good if you love kokan food.

Clean rooms, great service, lush green property, delicious food and loving staff. In a nutshell we had a great homestay experience here. This property is situated around 10 mins walk distance from the shrivardhan beach. Special note of thanks to Vilas who is the owner of this property for arranging alternative cab when our cab got brokedown I highly recommend and am looking forward to my next visit.
