Mr. Mahesh Karanjkar owner of this property was very good person, calm and humble in attitude. Also this stay location is very near by for Shrivardhan beach approx. 700 meter by walk 7-8mins. My stay with family was really nice, quick service in terms of food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Typical Kokani sea food served on demand, veg food also nice. I would recommend to stay in this property when you visit Shrivardhan Beach.

The best place to stay the owner uncle is very nice and polite and very hospitable. Beach is nearly 800m to 1km from this place.

High charges with low quality and there is no parking area I don't recommend this place

Based on recent booking experiences, the communication with the stay was pleasant. We reserved two rooms with a 1000rs advance payment, two weeks prior. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the booking a week before our scheduled stay, which isn't considered a last-minute cancellation. However, they still deducted 500rs as cancellation charges. Typically, in the stay business, cancellation charges are either 0% or applicable only for last-minute cancellations or cancellations made a day prior to the stay. Therefore, they shouldn't have charged us since we informed them a week in advance.

Neat, clean and budget friendly rooms. AC and nonAC both options available. Polite owner. Safe for family. Can easily park 3-4 four wheelers.

One of the best experiences. The rooms are also good. The owner of the property is awesome. The food quality is too much good. So please do come.

Great place to stay if planning for family and friends outing. Absolutely great tasty sea food served by the owner and his family.

This guest house is run by a family of four, it has 6 rooms. A small front yard and a little bigger backyard. It is 5-10 mins walk from the beach. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was really great quality experience. They live upto the moto of Indian Tourism atithii devo bhv.. the room size varies. Some of them are a bit small and some of them bigger. The rooms, beds, washrooms all of them were clean. But the best part is the food. Of course local food is their speciality but they will get things for you from nearby hotels too if they can't prepare it. It's great place for families to stay. Thank you so much Mahesh dada..
