A very nice homestay near Shriwardhan beach. Beach is 10 mins walk. Very humble staff and owners taking care of all your needs. Place is full of greenery, lawn to play and swimming pool as well. Best part is food.... Local cuisine at its best ... They served awesome homely food here.... Recommended for family, office groups and friends to chill out and enjoy calm and happy village experience here....enjoy!!

The resort is managed by an old couple. The couple is friendly and always helpful. However, the resort lacks proper working staff leading to long waiting time for food orders, house keeping etc. The resort is lacking on the maintenance front also. The only plus point is the location of the resort which is close to the beach. Food taste and food pricing are also decent. Overall value for money proposition.

Our stay at Shiv Shanti Holiday Inn had its ups and downs. The resort boasts a lovely open space with a lush green garden, which was very relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The standard room has sufficient space for three people. We also appreciated the ample car parking space. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is near to the beach. There are two ways to go to the beach from here. 800 meter if we turn left after coming out of the premises and about 1Km if we turn right. It takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the beach by walking. However, we encountered a few issues. Firstly, there was a minor miscommunication regarding our booking. We had booked two standard rooms, but upon arrival, it was discovered that a room had been assigned to someone else with the same name. Thankfully, the host graciously accommodated us in a larger room at no extra cost. In any case, it was a mistake from my end too as I just gave my first name and no surname while booking and that is super common! Secondly, the swimming pool didn't appear particularly clean. Also, the breakfast options were limited, with no coffee available and the bread served untoasted. Additionally, the restaurant was a bit congested and had no high chairs for toddlers. However, the sofa seating is very comfortable. Finally, the presence of a few stray dogs on the property might not be ideal for everyone, especially those who are not comfortable around dogs. We paid 3500 for a standard room (900 Rs. extra for an extra person). I believe its a bit on the higher side. 2500 for standard room with 500 Rs. for extra person seems reasonable to me.

One of the worst place to stay, most annoying owner who feels he is a owner of whole Srivardhan and not just this worst and this ghosty property. Owner is annoying to a level that if your car is parked in his parking it should be straight not just with inches but even within centimetres. I didn't understand if we are going to chill or to get the lessons on parking and morality. I feel he should focus more on hiring good staff who can prepare or provide the food and under things with in some time, as the don't have any time limits lunch could be serve in eve and dinner might be in mid of the night. Annoying old man's property no on should visit.

We stayed for 1 night at this place.. Room were not cleaned, the tap water is continuously flowing and made irritating noise all night, the supporting staff is good, place is nice but not worth for paying 3500 rupees per night

The rooms are nice and the owners are polite. Tasty Konkani food and excellent service. The location is also convenient and the property is beautiful.

This property is a scam by showing in its header as 3 * property. Bungalow image is misleading, it is worst when you see it Infront. Rooms which they are saying deluxe I have attached some videos n photos please look at them you will get clear idea(in one video worm is there). If you want drink n all are boys then this property is too safe. Breakfast is too worst. Asked one of the hotel employee by seeing the good night liquid of year manufactured in 2014, is this hotel is like this only, on this he answered no sir , the owners mentality is the problem. If you are with family then please don't spoil your trip

We stayed for one night..charhes was 4000/- for 3 person...I think after looking at the rooms and other facility they are charging too much for that..owner told us they have swimming pool but it was of no use..Owner and staff are good and polite..but they also charge GST for online payments..so need to keep cash or must run to find ATM..overall nice place..can visit with family..rooms are clean and in good condition..nice hot water in bath rooms..and bathrooms are also very clean.
