Recently I have visited this place here is my honest review- For more details follow my Instagram page - Mandar.Ayachit 1. Rooms - rooms are well maintained and well structured.. clean and neat.. 2. Parking - enough parking space is available for this area and which too close for the beach 3. Food - food is delicious and authentic Kokani in taste. You can order the food you want here. They will take orders too. 4. Booking - please book this place advance because it is too close to beach and good service provider so this will be book soon. So if you are planning to visit please book this place advance and then visit. 5. Cost - as per my understanding this place isn't very costly. The service and the cost will be good enough. You can check the cost on the mobile number with the care taker and book accordingly. Because it may vary time to time. My suggestion will be must visit this place.

My family and friends and I had a wonderful visit. The food was good and tasty, the location was nice, the rooms were clean and neat, and the caretaker and staff were cooperative

The room was clean, the AC was good, but the food quality did not match with expectations

The homestay is walking distance from Shrivardhan beach. The food served was home cooked and tasty. The food is priced reasonably. The rooms can accommodate 04 adults with optional bedding. There is ample car parking space.

Very bad service. Staff not cooperating. waste of money. Property not maintained.

Stayed here with my family. Great experience. Beach is at distance of 5 mins walk. Homemade food was loved by both veg and non-veg people. Cons: Narrow entrance. Few dogs in premise though harmless but reflects less ordered management.

Been here with family recently. Group of ladies handling this place effectively. Positives- Clean and neat rooms Spacious rooms, good for 4 people. Nice food, everything i tried was nice. 2 min walk to beach Small play area for kids Negatives - Bed mattress needs replacement Outdoor dining needs at least an umbrella (ants fall down from the trees). Lawn should be cleaned at least daily. Overall, recommending this for families. Peak season rate 1500 for a room, other days 800-1000 mostly. Cheers.
