We had a wonderful stay at this resort! Rooms: The rooms were neat and clean, with bedsheets changed twice a day, ensuring a fresh and comfortable experience. Location: The resort is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, offering an authentic Konkan feel. It is conveniently located--just 5 minutes away from both the main market and the beach. Service: The service is good for the room charges. The staff is extremely kind-hearted, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast: Though breakfast is not included in the room charges, it is absolutely worth trying. The food is served with great care, and it's a fantastic option for vegetarians, given the limited vegetarian choices in Shrivardhan city. Overall, a great place to relax and experience the beauty of Konkan. Highly recommended!

One of the best kind of homestay Resort. Very reasonable as per the rooms you get along with service people, spacious area with lots of trees, near to beach around 700 meter only Rooms are literally not less than 3-4 star hotel. Spacious bed , spacious room, airy bigger window from 3 sides. Decent colour, small fridge, Tv, dining Tpoy chair.

Excellent place to stay near shrivardhan. Very spacious, neat and clean property. Lots of open space. Big rooms that can accommodate 4 people. Beach is at walking distance.

Spacious and clean rooms filled with all necessary amenities, kids friendly, good room service, superb breakfast, very kind and polite staff. Sorroundings offer real feel of Kokan. Property sorrounded by coconut betel and banana plantations, very kind and hospitable owner. Beach is at 5 mins walkable distance.

Overall, Niwara Resort is perfect for those seeking a tranquil retreat with excellent room service and gorgeous views. Just keep in mind that you'll need to arrange meals off-site!
