Laxmi Chayaa, Lodging and Boarding

We have visited Laxmi Chayaa resort in mid May 2025. Location was very good . We enjoyed stay there, as my kids enjoyed lots. Room was very clean and well maintained. They have separate dining area kitchen. Surrounding area was amazing with lots of trees of jamun, supari, bananas, chiku, jackfruit etc. Beach was at walking distance from the resort. Main thing was food quality and its test was amazing. We all loved food test. So I would recommend this place always for family.

Beautiful home stay within walking distance of the beach. The property is located between the farm & beach, a unique combo. You can order home made food, as the owner only prepares food, so better to order in advance. Also they arranged a bon fire at night. Overall a peaceful place.

Worst stay ever in Konkan. It was overpriced but we took it anyway as most of the stays were overbooked due to Holi. From outside the cottage looked fine but inside it was really horrible. No hot water. Shower was not working. Toilets were not cleaned. There were innumerable mosquitos in the room too although we kept all doors( there were no windows)closed. There were gaps in the construction where the mosquitos came in. The lock was so tiny that you could break it with a nail cutter. Toilets, curtains, cupboards, mini fridge, everything was dirty. We didn't even unpack and left the next day. After complaining the owner reduced 500rs but it was a horrible experience. We had a 3 month old baby and no hot water and the baby had so many mosquito bites

Beautiful stay in nature, beach is just 5 mins walking distance from the property. This place is perfect gateway for family and friends. The staff and the owner are very helpful and cooperative. Food is very good, they served fresh fish and they have their homemade masale. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Delicious Food and Amazing Stay! My stay at Laxmi Chayaa was unforgettable, especially because of the incredible food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. I had privilege to stay at this wonderful place from 22nd Dec to 24th Dec 2024. This place is run by wonderful couple Ms. Pallavi Sathe and Saumil Sathe. They are perfect host and take care of all your needs. PROS 1. Delicious food : Amazing quality and tasty food . Veg and non veg food ( specially Fish) is delicious . CHEF Saumil prepares food under his supervision and he himself prepares wonderful dishes. Modak is highly recommended . Breakfast is always super tasty and we are feed with warm care by this couple and their staff Omkar and Gaurav. 2. Clean Rooms : Rooms at this family resort are super clean with clean bedding . Some renovation is required for bathrooms but not major concern. 3. Room Service : Room Service is prompt and apt. Gaurav and omkar are always available for support 4. Surrounding . This homestay is surrounded by greenery and quick access to the beach I want to thank Pallavi and Saumil for being perfect host during our stay @ Laxmi Chaya

Perfect place to relax, well surrounded with variety of plants. Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Food was totally authentic, freshly made Modaks & Solkadi is must have while you are here. Access to beach is also great, providing more private access to beach and holding crowd slightly on other side. All in all, Highly recommend if you're looking quite, clean stay with excellent taste for local cuisines.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakshmichayya Lodge! The owner, Soumil Sathe, done an excellent job of combining his hotel management skills with warm hospitality. The lodge's natural surroundings and proximity to the Shrivardhan sea face must have made for a lovely ambiance. And what a treat to see a variety of birds, including a kingfisher, right outside your window! The Maharashtrian-style breakfast and delicious food options must have been a great way to start your day. And picking up some homemade spices as a souvenir is a lovely touch! The lodge is safe for children, making it an excellent choice for a family vacation.
