The only positive point of this place is the location which is directly facing the sea. The rooms are not well maintained. There are broken things inside. Charges are on a higher side compared to room quality. Service and staff is not flexible.

If you want experience worst stay then only you come here. Kichen was closed, ac was not working, the property and rooms were also not cleaned, the staff was lied to us on phone about everything. Forget about professionalism, they will not treat you as guest. Pathetic service I ever experienced.

Rooms and the property is below average at its best, considering the price. Room service is also not available. I would not recommend the place. Giving 2 stars, as the location is quite good, and beach is just in front of the resort. Services can be improved to provide a pleasing experience for customers, which otherwise would get bad due to small things like non-working fans, tap and equipment problems in some bathrooms, etc.

We went to this hotel in off season. Care taker would be very polite and give proper guidance. Meals and breakfasts were homemade. The important thing is that the beach is right next to the courtyard of this hotel. The beach area is very safe and tidy. Even if you sit near the beach late at night, there is no problem. Wants to be there again for several times more

Not worth it, we stayed in AC room sea facing, apart from view from room, everything else not up to the standard. No room service, un hygienic wash rooms, no force for jet spray. Even room didn't have geyser as it were under repair. Food is also missing taste, no varieties only Thali system, in thali also only Bhakari and gravy. No raita, salad, pickle or even solkadi....which is very common in that type of konkani thali. Bad experience

I would like to give zero star but need to give 1 NO ROOM SERVICE NO KITCHEN NO FOOD NO AC IN ROOM NO SUPPORT STAFF NOT RECOMMENDED
