JK Sea Palace

Worst place to stay. The place should have been called Haunted Palace. Lifts are not working for the past 1 week. Restaurant is closed. No cleanliness. Garbage is spilled. Pigeon poop in balcony, features on the walkway. There is no formal way of taking any booking. And it it not at all in walkable distance from the beach. Imagine your female family members all drenched in sea water and walking thru the busy streets to reach the hotel premises!! |They have good property but managed poorly. If they revamp it with modern youthful vibes.. i am sure they will get good quality crowd.

Not recommended this place. My room's balcony door has slider doors which have a strange mechanism, The net slider and middle are arranged so that it remains open all the time and couldn't be locked at all. On top of that curtains were poorly hung on it so that AC remained ineffective, and giving you a sense of insecurity all the time. No service staff, poorly equipped without much facilities. However, rooms were large and had good parking space. This doesn't even have breakfast included, and the kitchen area looked very unhiegitic.

The hotel is nice, the staffs are attentive and humble. I visited this hotel with some of my friends as we were on a tour. The room was clean and the service give by them is good.

Had an amazing stay. Rooms were nice and service was good too. Though it is little far away from beach but one of the best options to stay at srivardhan.

There won't the negative star available for review so i am giving one star, wrost place ever, arogent staff don't have any scene what they are saying to customer, no any service that they will say while booking... If you simply ask for room floor mopping they won't do it and say arogent words to rise your temper. If you have any other option to stay please consider that only JK is the wrost in any manner... They made our vacation hell in that stay...

**Worst Hotel Experience Ever!** I had a terrible experience at JK Sea Palace, Shrivardhana, during my stay on **28th and 29th December 2024**. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel at all costs. 1. **No Room Even After Check-In Time**: Despite arriving well past the check-in time, the rooms were not ready. 2. **Manager Unaware of Booking**: The hotel manager had no knowledge of my online booking, which is completely unprofessional. 3. **Unhelpful Staff**: The attendant kept giving vague and unclear responses when asked about room availability. 4. **Disorganized Management**: The manager had no clue which rooms were to be allocated to guests, leading to complete chaos. 5. **90 Minutes of Waiting**: After waiting for almost **90 minutes**, I was given only 1 out of the 3 rooms I had booked. 6. **Unhygienic Conditions**: The room I was finally given was dirty, and the washroom was extremely poorly maintained. 7. **Rude Responses**: When I asked about the remaining 2 rooms, both the attendant and the manager started behaving rudely instead of solving the issue. 8. **No Refund Assistance**: Upon requesting a cancellation and refund, the manager rudely told me it was a matter between me and the online booking platform, refusing to help. 9. **Guests in the Same Situation**: Shockingly, many other guests were also facing similar issues, highlighting how poorly this hotel is run. 10. **Manager Abandoned Guests**: The manager eventually left the hotel and seemingly involved local police to disperse frustrated guests rather than resolving the problems. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Poor management, unprofessional staff, filthy rooms, and no regard for customer service. I deeply regret booking this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Stayed at JK Sea Palace during our recent trip to Shrivardhan, and the room quality was excellent - clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The banquet hall was great for gatherings, and we loved the rooftop with its stunning views. Though the restaurant wasn't operational, we had a fantastic time overall. Highly recommended!
