Room are in very good condition, very clean, the owner is very calm and supporting.room is near to beach.all time hot water available. Nice and good to stay.

I recently had an amazing 3-night stay at Hotel Shree Nivas. The homestay is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just 700-800 meters from the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The owners, Sir and Madam, are incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. You can get water bottles, breakfast, and food on demand, which adds to the convenience. As a digital nomad, the best part for me was the high-speed internet WiFi and reliable power backup. If you're looking for a serene and welcoming place near the beach with all the necessary amenities, I highly recommend Hotel Shree Nivas.

A wonderful Homely place to stay in the heart of Srivardhan with neat, clean rooms with AC and wifi facility. They also provide meals on request. We loved the room, the hosts and the meals. Beach is located at a walkable distance from the stay and they have a parking facility too. Totally worth trying.

The owner of the property was knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for near by activities. They were always eager to assist and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. Additionally, From the concierge to the owner and everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist made my stay much more enjoyable.

It was great experience to stay in Hotel Shree Nivas in Shrivardhan, The Rooms are in very good conditions. The ambiance is good in room, The view from the room is like you are in mid of nature, food was amazing fresh fish and delicious cooking, Child friendly atmosphere I would thank to the Pangarkar family for providing home made food for my child. Because of which stay was smooth and comfortable.

Rooms are good neet and clean budget friendly hotel. Totally recommended for families and married couples, beacuse their is unmarried couples not allowed. Best thing is that food quality is too good. You will get fresh sea food over their, really nice experience
