Gulmohar family resort

We had an amazing stay at this place. Great hospitality and amazing service. The host is very humble and sweet, we traveled with our 5 month old baby and Mr. Bhosale made sure we were very comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Would definitely revisit the place.

We stayed here for 2 nite and it was a relaxed stay. The owner and caretaker are really helpful if you need anything. Ample car parking is available.

This was my second visit to this place during Dec'24 . We had booked 3 rooms for our family. Rooms are clean and spacious . Mr. Bhosale who is manager of this resort is a true gentleman who tried to cater all your needs. He is supported well by Mr. Deepak who is caretaker. Ambience of this place is pleasant and have good parking place. The biggest disappointment for me during this visit is Food Quality . Food quality is seriously not upto the mark and this will make me think twice before visiting Gulmohar Family resort. My humble request to the manager and owner please change the place from where you get food. During my 1st visit Food was the best thing I had experienced but this time it was super flop.

This place is my go to place for a peaceful holiday. I have been visiting them for 7 years now. Very kind people and great management. Feels like home when you stay here, they are part of family now for us ( Mayur Bhosale ). Beach is very accessible from the property , walking distance 5 mins. The most aesthetic and cleanest beaches are in shrivardhan.

Rooms are equipped with all necessary things, like hot water (restricted time), AC, TV, Beds are in good condition, double blankets(we took our own though), neat and clean washroom( no shower) . A small balcony with 3 chairs and a tea table( you can have tea or food by enjoying wadi ( garden with coconuts/ palm tree) view. Service is nice, for food you can order from Sea Wind hotel which is walkable (1min) Hime stay location is very nice, main Shrivardhan beach is somewhat away (10mins). No noise of vehicle, calm place.

This was second time in December in last three years I stayed alomg with my family there at Gulmohor . It is located very near to Jivane beach. It takes hardly 5 to 7 mins walk to beach. Rooms are clean and only families are preferred for stay giving it additional comfort towards safety. Garden in front of the guest house is well maintained with many flowering plants and trees of tall coconut and Supari. This gives the place a typical konkani look. Only tea or coffee is prepared at the place. Lunch, dinner etc is to be ordered in advance and served on desired time. Food is typically konkani preparation and home cooked. Food is tasty and is a must try while staying there. Owner and care takers are very friendly.
