Excellent service From the all resorts staff The owner of the resort is really very nice guy and helpful. The room service is also good, The beach is very near and clean also. It's really very nice to stay there and want to come again and again and stay in same resort.

Location is 5 minutes walkin from beech, within resort there is nothing to enjoy..just stay. Swimming mostly closed, check before visiting. Resort owner is good in behavior.

Very rude staff. Very unhygienic and very uncomfortable bed. You get a room without the shower. In the staff is so rude that they won't even return you the advance. I just went and cancelled my room after looking at the uncomfortable services and the unhygienic bathroom and asked back for my advance the lady litrally started arguing but later at night returned my advance finally.

The only good part of the hotel is AC and the walking distance to the beach. The bathroom was not so clean, the water smelled like fish. They have a pool but it is shared with all resorts nearby, pool water was dirty, we did not go inside after watching that Food was ok ok. They have a manual process for hot water, we waited for 30 min and at the end we took a bath with cold water. The room consists of one bed, blanket towel soap, one chair, mug and bucket in the bathroom that's it

Bad service, room owner language is very rudely and his treat like owner of Konkan,
