Pricey but great views and location. Rooms, food quality and service and other amenities decent/ average. At the prices paid per nightly stay, the expectations are bound to get high which may be subdued by the offerings. But in this part of the state, it is probably difficult to maintain the property in good shape and having a small inventory of rooms. Hence, probably they charge a bomb. But, you forget all this because of the lovely seaside views of Shekhadi beach.

The location is awesome. However, as per the charges, the service provided is not very satisfying. There are lack in maintenance of the room, especially the washrooms. Sliding door's lock doesn't work. If you want an extra chair, they literally deny it. They keep adjusting stuff from one room to another room and vice versa. For example, the sunbeds that are there outside of the rooms, they keep removing the mattress from one room's sunbeds to adjust it to another room. We went inside the room to eat. When we came outside, the mattresses were gone. They removed it from there and put it on beds in front of another room. There is no staff post 10 pm, even if you need something, they are not there. It feels like they are taking all the money just for the view but there is little service provided. We are paying for all the amenities included, however, this is how we are getting it back. Highly disappointed with the service. However, if you only want the view then it is really good.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Has mini fridge and hot water kettle. There is nothing around this place, so a low crowd locality. The hotel is right on the beach. Food is great and the staff is very helpful. The only problem the local villagers who seem to use the beach/sea as there garbage dump ground. So you see some plastic bottles littered. Small village so no waste management. The hotel itself is excellent, clean and has nice sit outs where you can enjoy in the evening.

Well, the stay was a mixed experience! The location is awesome, no doubt! You are actually paying only for the location - the vista and the expanse. As for the rest of things, they need some upgradation. - Rooms are just ok with basic amenities. Not sure if the walls were made of bricks. Our cottage 4, didn't even have a soap holder. We had to ask for coffee/tea sachets. Maintenance needs to happen. No intercom in rooms. One really feels scammed after paying 8k per night for a weekend. - Service - polite, courteous staff, however, can be professional. They (ladies) are in a hurry to clean the rooms and get done with work to leave for their personal work. - wifi is very good - Overall hygiene Good - Food is decent - good. Limited breakfast items. - no card payments due to network issue

This property boasts an excellent location, right in front of the sea, with a stretch of pristine white sand beach that feels almost private. The front-view cottages are well worth the extra cost for their breathtaking views. Although we didn't stay here, we stopped for lunch and took the opportunity to explore the property and its accommodations. The restaurant served exceptional food, with the highlight being the delicious fish fry, which perfectly captured the authentic Kokni flavors and made our trip even more memorable. Overall, the property is beautifully maintained and offers a serene retreat with stunning views--an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway. Highly recommended!

This resort is a lovely place to visit near Shrivardhan. The rooms are spacious and clean . The view from the rooms is super awesome. This resort is situated on a beach and has direct access to the beach. The food quality is good . The rates are quite reasonable. The service is fast and homely . They take care of all of your needs. Overall this is a must visit place with a great view and location.
