Royale Greens Resort - Harihareshwar

It was a mixed experience, Hotel management needs bit sensitivity around readiness of rooms when guests arrive. There were no towels, toiletries, had to call again and again to get things setup. However, staff was quick to help. There were used things lieing in the passage for 2days, no one picked up despite telling the staff. Hotel's location, greenery and swimming pool were nice, kids enjoyed a lot.

A very simple and cosy place. Very accommodating helpful and friendly staff. Very well placed just a 5 minute walk from Harihareshwar beach. The game room and kids play area was also a good pass time for the kids. Lots of eating joints nearby too offering authentic Maharashtrian food and others as well. The food at the resort is really good... Home cooked meals and quick service. A few suggestions to make the experience even better: kids friendly menu- the staff however went out of their way to make yummy non spicy meals for our kids; pool rules to be kept by everyone with appropriate swim wear and pool towels can be provided; the garden and play area can be better maintained. The stay was really lovely and peaceful...cheers to the staff at the reception and the kitchen for giving us a home away from home experience.

Experience: Room was spacious however tv does not work, bathroom had lizard faeces. Walls had plaster peeling off and cracks developed. Breakfast spread had only three items and I personally did not like it's taste. Even for in-dine, we had to remind the staff of we awaiting someone to take our food request. Positives : It's within 1km to harihareshwar temple. Location is the only plus. Verdict: Tariff charged was 5k per day for a family room with two beds but it is below average. Go for it only if you have run out of options.

The hotel is decent and clean, but the restaurant service is extremely poor. We had to wait two hours to get our food. If you plan to stay here, I recommend arranging your meals from an outside restaurant. However, keep in mind that most outside restaurants close by 9:30 PM.

Property is located at good location but not maintained much. Food was good but service was too too slow. We have waited more than one hour for our dinner though our stay was between Christmas and new year. Lack of welcoming of guests. Management should be improved.

The stay is amazing.. rooms a clean and maintained.. good view... best part the staff is very cooperating and friendly... they help you most things around... enjoyed our stay

Rooms were fine, but the staff behaviour especially the person at receptionist was pathetic and so rude. The Tvs ,wifi in rooms are not working. They told us pool is not operable around 7 only. Worst staff behaviour.

We booked a room at this place. The hotel is decent, and the rooms are clean. The owner is very helpful. We faced the issue of water as the motor was burnt. However, the owner immediately made available room at the other hotel and it was also very good accommodation.
