Hotel Laxmi Narayan Palace

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Hotel Laxmi Narayan in Shrirampur and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff and owner were arrogant and unaccommodating. The hotel has a strict policy of not allowing outside food, forcing guests to purchase their overpriced and tasteless meals. When I requested to have a parcel delivered, the staff insulted the delivery person and refused to cooperate. The management was unresponsive to our requests and spoke to us in a rude manner. I've stayed at numerous hotels across India, but this was by far the worst experience. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel. The poor service, combined with the arrogant attitude of the staff and owner, makes for a terrible stay.

Good place to stay. Room service not good. Food service very very slow

This hotel is an absolute dirt hole. Do not stay there at any cost! The sheets were yellow and pillow mouldy. Bathroom window broken. The staff just look at you as if ur mad when you ask for anything, no wifi.

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR YOURSELF. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR.||Pillows are filthy (see pictures)|Walls are destroyed in something|The sheets are full of stains |The staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot|The whole building is full of dust|Really really bad hotel, shocking

Rooms are old with leakage marks. Rooms could have been more clean.

Very very bad experience with this hotel (guest house). Staff are very arrogant, not listening for anything. If you ask for anything like Power failure, water supply in bathroom, Gyser, soap, Towel....not provide...If repeated again and again they will say " idhr to aisaa hii cltaa hai, aapko psNd nhii to mt aao " then no Refund, and it is very costly compared to other hotels in that town. Food quality is not up to the mark. Limited Items with more costly. Never Never to stay in this GUEST HOUSE. The responsible persons at reception counter so called Manager is also arrogant and same person is taking order in Restaurant with same attitude. Lift is there for show piece, not working since long. We have to lift our own Luggage and go to room on 2nd floor.

Hotel is good but need other facilities like general 3 Star hotel here price is near about 3 star hotel but facilities are not upto that mark they are only providing soap and towel other facilities not available in the hotel like ketal and coffee and all the needful things shampoo and all other wise owner and staff are also good.

Very Bad experience I was staying for 5 days in this hotel. Shower is not working properly and complementary breakfast will be given only poha and upma also taste is not good. I am giving for that hotel 0 stars.
