Affordable place to stay. Clean rooms.

Good option to stay at reasonable tariff This hotel is in shrirampur, it's not a big city, so please don't expect such great things over here. This hotel offers very clean rooms, quiet though being in the heart of the town. Offers you very good room service, food service. They even served me coffee at 11 pm as well. Shirdi is hardly any distance from here. It's on pune Delhi Railway track. Nilayam is a very good option to stay. Forgot to mention. Check out is 5 pm.

I visit this place since 2003. This is the best place for variety of non veg food. Quality is consistent for years and cost is also reasonable. A lunch/dinner for two could cost you approx. 500 -900 without drinks. This place has a bar and a family restaurant. The restaurant accepts card payments.

I would not call it a Hotel but would call it a Lodge. As for the Location it is bang opposite (Belapur) Railway Station and very next to S T Bus Depot, will never miss the hotel, mist of Bazaar area. There are no dedicated staffs available for service but in-house food is available as they have Bar & Restaurant but food is average. Suggest having local food available around Hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. Tariff is affordable. Over all it is not a bad hotel to stay-in when you are in Belapur.

I have a great pleasure to thank you for your kind cooperation and extended august service provided by the team of Hotel Nilayam and Sir Shri Sanap, Shri Amol shete during the stay of our about 30 families on 3rd December 2016. The stay was quiet good and absolutely there was no complaint of any matter. I will recommend Hotel Nilayam for comfortable stay at Shrirampur. Rooms quality is good. Also dinner lunch breakfast option is available.. But service men's are not polite after booking rooms. Over all Okay..

Extremely worst situation here at Hotel...night time Manager randomly calls us and asks us for showing another rooms in night...!!! Not only this, the cleaning staff of hotel continuously demands for something as if they are getting paid very low...literally the person asks money for Liquor as gift..!! Also though I stayed for longer time, my G Shock watch lost from the Hotel and when it was lost, night Manager was there...but still no responsibility taken by anyone and I was literally asked to file a complaint rather than helping. Won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone after my experience.

Stayed during cold weather and hotel staff denied to provide hot water. Rest was good parking available. Didn't tested the food so cant comment.
