Pathetic..Worst... Arrogant staff Dirty Bedsheets ( denied changing it too) Dirty Bathroom Non working AC....they don't even know how to reset AC... Checkout time is 12 noon.. They forcefully removed us around 11 am . God bless Shirpurs Hotel industry... Seriously need good hotels to stay for family.

The hotel interior was okay. The 3rd floor of the hotel has good rooms. A few things below should be improved : 1. Bathroom had an open passage at the top which I felt should be closed as it feels invading privacy. It should be closed off with at least some fine mesh or a window and a proper outlet for ventilation must be set up instead. 2. Also towels and Soap should be provided without demanding. 3. AC should be enabled when a customer checks-in his room without demanding.

Tea provided was as cold as lassi. Unfortunately, still our hospitality industry lacks some basic etiquette.

A Decent Hotel in Shirpur.Nearby Mukeshbhai Patel Recreation Garden is a beautiful & peaceful place to visit.

Hotel located at the best place in city but lot of issues like poor service, room & toilet hygiene, looks not customer oriented rather dictate their terms everywhere to follow.

Rooms with no facility, no breakfast, Road side parking, kettle not available, top floor is new construction in 2024. No complimentary water.

We reserved a room for family. Room was clean and toilets were decently clean. The only thing they can improve is the smoke that lingers from customers smoking in their room. So when we opened our room door, we we were welcomed by the thick odor of the cigarette smoke in the corridor. One thing they can do is dedicate a non smoking floor for non smoking customers. Other than that the reception staff was cordial.

Pathetic service, overpriced, staff is not at all friendly.
