A Value-for-Money Stay! Stay Kays by the Sea is a low-key hotel with a fantastic location and stunning ocean views. The spacious rooms are ideal for families, offering comfort at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Studio rooms on the top most floor give you excellent view of the beach and the sunset. Rooms could have been better. It has a swimming pool too. Sufficient parking space.

Kay's by the beach fancy name no one kays about anything here. The only think good about this place is it's by the beach . Rooms are not kept well. After asking the staff to clean the room they even acted like they are doing us a favour. The restaurant was not operational for a four day stay we had to depend on other hotels for breakfast and dinner. We left six cans of Budweiser in their fridge and it was missing at the end. They refused to show us the cctv as well. All in all do not stay here unless it's an emergency. We spoke to the manager and he denied and refused to show us the cctv. He later called us when we were already on our way back saying the beers were found magically. Requesting you to please change your staff.

Staff is very rude. Arrogant, mainly the receptionist. Will never recommend this. Room are also okies. Not price worthy. Note- to the hotel owner - please change your staff asap.

The location of the hotel is at the shore . That is good . We stayed in the cottage @rs 3000. But the size of the cottage is too small . Intercom is not there to call for reception/ restaurant guy , if any help is needed . Too many mosquitos are there, but no provision for mosquito repellent . No kettle in the room . House lizzard is roaming in the bathroom . The bath room tiles are broken . The resturant( only kitchen is there) is ill equipped. The hotel has swimming pool. Sufficient parking space is also there. Overall not satisfactory experience

Do not book online. Contact on number and ask everything. Some are rooms don't have AC but in photograph showing AC. Kitchen is not available and others are not having food quality.

Booked on phone rooms were okay.... Stayed for one night .. initially we were given room with no tv and when we confronted manager,he asked us 'do you need it?'. Anyways after some time they allotted us room with tv... Location is good ... Food service is just okay...!

NO NETWORK OF MOBILE LIKE JIO , AIRTEL , ONLY BSNL WORKS HERE .No intercom facility , you need to go to reception if you want anything. Very far from city , connecting roads are very small and not proper . It's a budget hotel. Staff is very less and needs training for proper management . Food quality is good and made as per order . Cheff is cooperative. You must come with least demands of hospitality Rooms , bathrooms need renovation and make over. all furniture chairs , tables needs to be replaced
