It was a walk in booking we made as we had come to visit Shirdi devastan on a weekend. Stayed only one night, it's a relatively new hotel. ||The best part about the hotel is proximity to the entry of the temple, the VIP gate is 2 -3 minutes walking away. We came in very late at night, so didn't really experience a lot of facility at the hotel.||But overall, the Hotel look very clean. Room was also decent. Breakfast could be better, mostly all buffet items were finished by the time we came in. Irrespective of the time we checked in which was actually at 10 PM. We were asked to check out at the checkout time stating the hotel was full. ||The only reason I might stay here again, would be due to the proximity to the temple. However, the service, specially the front desk could be really improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel from March 1st to 3rd, 2025, located just 300 meters from the Darshan queue line on Shirdi Main Road--only a 4-minute walk to the temple. Its proximity to the temple makes it a perfect choice for devotees looking for both convenience and comfort. The hotel also has a Niramaya restaurant, which serves fully vegetarian food. The food was not only tasty but also made to order according to our preferences. Yogesh and Pradyuman, the restaurant staff, were incredibly cooperative and attentive, always ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. Additionally, the in-room dining menu was available for those who preferred to dine in. The hotel's modern amenities, including a smart TV in the rooms, made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service. Every single hotel staff member I interacted with was courteous, prompt, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. On the day of checkout, since my flight was at 4:30 PM, they graciously allowed me a late checkout, which I really appreciated. Another great advantage of this hotel is its location. Apart from being close to the temple, it is also near popular food outlets like **Starbucks, McDonald's, and Domino's**, offering additional dining choices for guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi. The combination of a great location, modern amenities, tasty food, and exceptional service makes it a standout option. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Very pleasant stay. I have stayed with Spree hotel properties which motivated me to try this out and it lives up to expectations. Lovely location, 200meters from Sai temple entry. Breakfast spread is decent, although taste could be a little better. Service is top notch.

The stay was very comfortable and good, all staff are very courteous and helpful. Always prompt to assign. The place is walkable to Sai baba mandir making it more convenient. We will definitely come back and stay here whenever possible. Highly recommended.

This is a 3 month old property situated at around 200m from Sai Baba Temple's Gate number 6. Rooms are very neat and tidy. The service is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Shirdi.

Traveled solo during peak summer and opted for an AC room. Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very close to the Sai Temple--just a 3-5 minute walk. Starbucks and Pizza Hut are right next to the hotel, while McDonald's and Burger King are just across the road. The room was neat and clean, and it had an electronic safe. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous.

While I believe the group owning this hotel chain has good intention to be a a good budget brand, their focus away from core success parameters of service industry like cleanliness and staff training is likely to slot them as a hotel to choose when nothing else is available. This particular hotel has 2 major issues listed above: 1. Staff / Training: The staff is inadequate (which seems to be a cost cutting measure) and whoever are there are not trained in the art of hospitality as a process. Each staff is left to "do their best" based on their own individual capabilities. This leads to issues like housekeeping calls not being picked up and sufficient staff not handy for taking turns during lunch / dinner hours. Some staff is on the borderline of confidence that spills into arrogance. Another failure is not doing justice to the filter coffee collab. What is use of advertising the favourite coffee of Aniruddh if it is going to be served with milk that is soured. 2. Cleanliness: starting from the quality of dispensers and the quantity of consumables in them, one cannot even begin to notice all the flaws that the management and investors must plug early on. Wrong choice of the WC model and the inefficient flushing that comes with it. It is clearly evident that stains on tiles and water clogging in the washrooms is noticed by the managers, or acted upon. All this is bad considering that this hotel just opened some weeks ago. What this all sends across as a signal is that the powers that worry only about occupancy rates and valuation. The concept is brilliant to pull in funding, but don't believe they have the execution experience. ---An honest review from a travelling salesman who's stayed in all sorts of hotels for 26+ years.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located very close to the temple. However, our experience was significantly impacted by the rude behavior of the receptionist (an executive named Vamshi). During check-in and whenever we approached him with queries, he was consistently dismissive and unhelpful, often busy on his phone and appearing visibly frustrated when we asked for assistance. He also failed to provide accurate information when needed. Someone with such an attitude should not be working in the hospitality industry, where courtesy and helpfulness are basic expectations.
