It is an excellent hotel. No less than any metropolitan city 4 Star hotel. Very nice ambience, well behaved staff and above all customer care. Food is very tasty and fresh. Room service available. Travel desk to guide. I feel with this kind of behaviour, these hotel chains are going to grow to unexpected levels. I am surprised to note this excellent hotel in a place like Shirdi.

Hotel Tania President inn offers spacious and well-maintained rooms, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff was quite rude when we requested assistance with the slow-refilling flush in our bathroom. Instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed our concern, claiming the flush was fine and refusing to provide a tumbler when we asked for one. While the rooms were large and comfortable, the lighting was inadequate, making the space feel dim. Overall, while the hotel itself is decent, the lack of helpful service and maintenance issues made for a disappointing experience.

The hotel is average. Many rooms, including mine, had AC issues, and others on the floor also complained. The bigger letdown was the staff -- they were not courteous or responsive, and despite knowing I was traveling with a 10-month-old baby, they delayed resolving my room change request and instead gave table fan. Think twice before booking

Nice stay in shirdi.. rooms are nice and big but cleanliness is not maintained properly. Towels were not very clean. And walls are rusty in some places .. door locks don't work properly and makes noise.. Only positive is Buffet Breakfast was excellent.. live dosa and paratha counter was nice.. Location is very near from temple.. overall nice stay.. but service can be improved

It's just 10 min walk from gate 6. Great stay. Better than Novotel &other business leisure hotels. The staff are Humble and helpful. Food is very good and reasonable. I had kashmiri pulao and dal tadka. Simply the best place to stay in Shirdi

Perfect stay for family at Shirdi. Walkable distance to Sai Baba temple and other nearby religious attractions. Auto minimum charge 50 rupees from hotel to temple. Cab services available at hotel for temple drop and pick-up only. Perfect complimentary breakfast.
