Very good rooms at reasonable prices, the ambience was top notch. Service were prompt. Rooms were very well maintained and hygienic. Hotel staff were very helpful. They have a restaurant just in front which serves excellent food. Location is near perfect to Sai Baba temple, just about a kilometre. I would highly recommend this place whenever you plan to visit Shirdi.

It was our first time at Swamy Resort and I must appreciate the clean ambience of the resort, clean room and clean washroom. I was welcomed by Mr. Balasaheb Sonavne and Vedant who were very friendly and extremely professional. They made sure that every service that i ask for is fulfilled immediately. I was accompanied by my wife, my kids and my mother who is a senior citizen and we all enjoyed our stay there. The food was absolutely great aswell. They treated us like if we were staying here for free, no kettle, less towel, no glasses for water, upon asking they started ignoring our reception calls specifically the night manager and the helpers are well trained to avoid people, they were not ready to provide us the remote for AC and not even ready to adjust the temperature as we were staying with our 8 months old baby which became really difficult for her to sleep the whole night, this became really helpless condition for us. Not gonna visit here again

Swamy resort is our regular place of stay whenever we visit Shirdi. Never disappointed with the services. The location is quite convenient, just 1km from main Shirdi Saibaba temple. You can get auto easily from outside the hotel entrance on the main road which can take you to the temple in no time. The hotel is very easy to find on map and even easier to reach. Ample parking space is available for your vehicles. The rooms are quite spacious, with an option of AC or non AC. Bathrooms are quite spacious too. Hot water facility is available for 24 hours. Room service for food, tea etc. also is available. Plus they have their own restaurant just next to the hotel, so one can dine in there as well. There is good sitting space in front of the rooms as well. Also, some rooms have an extended balcony at the back of the room. Quite convenient to hang clothes or just sit and enjoy some quiet tea time. The hotel is pet friendly and there is space adjoining the hotel to walk your pets as well. The extended balcony to our room was quite convenient for us to feed our pets there. For elders also, lower rooms can be requested. Not many steps to reach the room. Just 3 or 4. Also, for those needing a wheelchair, it is also provided at the hotel entrance for the guests at no extra cost. The staff is immensely helpful and very accommodating. Smiling people make you feel welcome. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Hygiene is properly maintained. There is a stretch of lawn in front of the rooms. One can take a walk or enjoy sitting there in the mornings and evenings. Shops, medicine shops, some daily needs, nic-nacs are easily available nearby. Everything else is available near to the main temple. It's a very peaceful stay for us always. We have been always satisfied with their services and would always give first preference to Swamy resort for our visits to Shirdi, which are quite frequent. Highly recommended place. Good: This hotel boasts of large rooms and cleanliness. They provide parking for tourist buses. Car parking available with driver beds. Bad: Old furniture with old linen. Drinking water not provided. Liquid soap is given but no shampoo. Towels will be provided if asked. Bus people hire single room but they don't come in the way of other guests. Ugly: If you book room & breakfast, you will be provided with dosa and idly in Swamy Restaurant outside hotel. No tea/coffee. Luckily you can visit Sher E Punjab restaurant nearby where food is superior. Conclusion: With the introduction of Vande Bharat train and the airport nearby people prefer to return to Mumbai on the same day. Unless they are planning to visit Shani Shingapur, people avoid taking hotel rooms. How long these typical temple town hotels will survive with penny pinching service?

Good: Plenty of Car Parking area, room size, adjacent hotel restaurant, adhoc car cleaning service, walking area on premises is huge, it's on main road so transport is good, manager or day time supervisor is good and understandable and accommodating. Bad: 1. AC only on request every time as it's centralised so to ON we need to call reception. 2. Hot Water On request every time as it's centralised and you will get only from 5.30 am up to 10 am. Before that you forget. After 10.30 am if you request you can get one bucket of hot water. 3. It's very old building, definitely need renovation. 4. No garden area as shown in photos. 5. In some rooms landline won't work. Check it. For us, one room it worked and other room it didn't work. 6. Bed sheets are so old and stain every where even on pillows. Definitely they need to replace with new ones. 7. Ground floor rooms will have more mosquitos compared to 1st floor . So be prepared though they provide mosquito control machine but they are not much useful. 8. Drinking Water bottles are served but we need to pay at check out. No complementary for at least one time. 9. No lift so if u have lot of luggage u may need to depend on their helpers if your room is on first floor. 10. Night supervisor provide very bad customer service. Some times he is rude. We need to ask him hot water or ac multiple times. 11. All cupboards in rooms are very old. 12. Be careful and be prepared , you may see rats. In one of our room two small rats dead fallen from ac indoor system. Night supervisor gave us vague reason. So be careful with your luggage. 13. In lobby , no fans or ac . Very uncomfortable. 14. No car parking roof just if your lucky under tree shades you may get spot. 15. Though Covid cases are increasing in some places like Pune, Mumbai , Solapur at this point of time in Maharashtra . Workers at hotel don't wear mask. 16. Night supervisor come inside room for ac or heater or tv issue with sandals or shoes after you occupied. He does not leave foot wear outside. Some of you may have problem with it. 17. If u have 4 am or 5 am or 6 am Darshan. Be prepared to bath with cold water as you will not get hot water until 5.30 am. Night supervisor wakes up at 5.30 am. 18. If u want to book room for more than 1 day book it first time only. We need to bargain a lot if booking adhoc. Night manager and Sheetal receptionist, they quote huge room price and it's not worth. On travel website before booking for 1 day, we called up and asked if we extend for another day , will the price be same. They said yes . So we booked for 1700 for one day which by itself is costly as room and services not worth the money , now when we reached and in evening of first day asked second day extension price they quoted 2400 first time after bargain 2100 . We took two ac rooms. Then later morning supervisor or manager helped us in getting room for 1800 after discussion. 18. In one of our rooms, there are marks of roof damage , so in rainy season there could be water seepage. This building is very old and need renovation. 19. Towels , bed sheets, pillow covers are old and some of them may have non removable stains. So plan accordingly. Overall : pricing is not worth the facilities, not recommend for family, only for one day/night stay, be ready to bargain, multiple requests for ac, hot water/ heater, tv, hot water only after 5.30 am or 6 am on demand. It's your choice now.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days in May 2017. I generally prefer Sai Bhakthniwas, but they were packed, so I had to look for other options. Since this place was opposite Sai Bhaktniwas, we tried to check on the hotel. On looking at the hotel, the property looked decent with lot of open parking space with lawn to relax and play with kids. The property is two storied with good size room and bathroom. However rooms are not well maintained. The cupboard door was broken in the room where we stayed so it was of no use. Bathroom flush was too hard to use. Even adult men had to apply lot of pressure to operate it, think about ladies and kids. The taps were pathetic. Toilet shower was always fallen on floor. The tata sky connection was not working. We had to request them to recharge the account. They don't accept card payment. You have to pay them in cash. Rooms were not very clean and towels and bedsheet looked to be provided without washing. The main door won't lock without applying good amount of effort. AC would switch off after sometime and wont start until you restart it. Black ants will cover anything from tea cup to sweets if you leave it for sometime. Toilet seat was soiled and we have to make repeated calls to hotel staff to come and clean it.
