Pros: Near by location from temple Rooms and washrooms were big Staff were helpful Cons: Washrooms were not clean and part of flush was broken. Water flow speed from tap and shower is very low. Sometimes water supply suddenly stops for which have to ask staff again to fill.

The photos shown on site and pretty old...Hotel lack cleanliness, Maintenance. I recently stayed at the place with my family. We had booked 3 rooms, all the three rooms had room zero maintanence, the bedsheets weren't clean, washrooms were not clean, some public washrooms are more clean than there's. There was no hot water in tap.The floors were not clean. Phone in the room was not working of our room. My parents order water bottles and tea and it took 20 mins just to get water bottle to their room. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs The room was pathetic with no cleanliness and hygiene at all. Everything floor, furniture, blanket, washrooms were dirty and looked like are not cleaned since years.The TV was not working. There was no service had to carry my luggage by myself. Don't opt for this hotel. Soaps & Towels Missing: No soaps & towels were provided in the washroom until we called them thrice. Set Top Box Problems: The TV didn't work, after asking repeatedly he changed the set top box twice and to my surprise none had a recharge balance. Upon insisting he changed it again by recharging the set top box for only one day.

Rooms are good - 5/5 Bathrooms not upto mark 3.5/5 Location 5/5 Service 1/5 We stayed for three days but rooms are not cleaned. Geeser will work some day, and not work other day. TV will work but no Telugu channels. Hot water will come only from 4am to 9am. Ac are old one, which is windows. For me it didn't got worked. Bath room can maintain little bit neat more, location is very nea for temple 5 mins walk. For tiffins you can try opposite of this hotel. Don't try food from this hotel resturant(for telugu ppl)

Here's a detailed account of our experience: Check-In Chaos We arrived at the hotel with two rooms booked via Agoda. Having inquired earlier about charges for an extra person, we were informed it would be 300 extra per room. However, things went downhill the moment we arrived. Room Allocation: Only one room was ready upon arrival at 12:30 PM. The second room, smaller and unsuitable, was promised to be replaced with a larger one within an hour. Managing with One Room: We decided to wait and manage in the first room since we planned to leave for lunch and visit Sai Baba Mandir. Hygiene and Basic Amenities Bedsheets: The double bed had stained bedsheets, and despite multiple requests, the replacements were torn three times. Only on the fourth attempt did we get an acceptable one. Soaps Missing: No soaps were provided in the washroom until we called them twice. AC Issues: The AC initially didn't work, and we had to repeatedly contact reception to get it started. Broken Window: The bathroom window had a broken glass pane, offering a clear view of the opposite building - a significant privacy concern. The Nightmare Continues at Night After returning from dinner around 10:30 PM, the situation worsened: Second Room Problems: The AC didn't work, the intercom was non-functional, and the AC remote was missing. No Extra Bedding: Despite repeated requests, no extra pillow or bedsheet was provided for the extra adult in the first room. Unacceptable Attitude and Hooliganism Repeatedly informing staff about these issues yielded no results. Finally, the manager arrived but displayed shocking behavior: Rudeness: The manager insulted us and the OYO helpline representative when we sought support. Threats: At midnight, he brazenly told us to leave the hotel if we had problems and promised a refund--an outrageous suggestion when traveling with small children. Pressurizing Tactics: This behavior was clearly aimed at silencing us. Final Outcome After an hour of arguing, the staff reluctantly provided a new bedsheet but refused to provide an extra pillow. The second room's AC worked but was locked at 18degC, with no temperature adjustment possible. Their "solution" was to contact reception to turn it off if it got too cold. Conclusion This hotel lacks even the most basic facilities, has a rude and unprofessional staff, and treats guests with outright hostility. Avoid this place at all costs. Staying here ruined what should have been a pleasant trip. Do not fall for misleading online reviews - the reality is far from it.

AC was good otherwise difficult to survive in Shirdi's hot climate. Abhishek was quite supportive and informative But overall room cleanliness can be improved If you go for Shirdi visit this is a good choice as it can be near to temple.

The check-in experience was wonderful! The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently. However, the location was average. But the room was exquisite! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall, a fantastic stay at this hotel!

Very bad room,ac not working. I think no any information regarding cleaning there staffs.The water tap can be blocked at any time. Hotels bathroom just like public bathroom
