worst Hotel. i booked the rooms with Make my trip APP for 5 days and paid the amount. after 1 week i came to shiridi and at the time of checkin they are demanding more amount. i called to make my trip customer care and both of them played game. again i went to another hotel and paid in cash for check in. dont choose this hotel worst.

Rooms are not clean. Very less staff. Not a value for money. They don't have their own restaurant. Hot water is not available. They don't provide any toiletries. And there is lot of noise outside because of Moonlight bar and resto. Only plus point mandir is just 13 mins away from this hotel. There are many other best options available nearby at much cheaper rates.

Hello, this hotel is pathetic, my in laws booked this hotel for their stay in Shirdi & it was a very bad experience. There was no hot water in the washroom, taps were broken & there was no water in the washbasin. Most importantly, there was no kitchen in the hotel & there was no fridge in the room. There was a lot of noise bcuz of the Moonlight bar adjacent to the hotel, my in laws did not sleep peacefully at all in the night. It was such a bad experience that i cannot explain into words.

I had the worst experience with this hotel, after check in I had to change 3 rooms due to service issue and room issue and my issue was not resolved till check out, the AC in my room was not working the whole night and the hotel charged me for the AC room, also I faced maintenance issue, there was not enough light in the rooms, some of the lights were not working, there was no night bulb in the room and I had to sleep in pitch dark the whole night, I suggest you avoid this hotel and save your money and time. If there was a rating less than 1 star I would have given that too.

I would not recommend this place. OYO is running scam by showing old pictures of hotels rooms and luring people to pay for it. It is the dirtiest, unsafe and non-compliant. Please be aware of this fraud and avoid OYO by any means. I checked in to different decent hotel near by.. I wasted my money which was already paid.

Room is also good Room service Food quality very nice 5 five star food quality I will definitely come next time

I regret to say that my recent experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The behavior of the staff was far from satisfactory - they were non-supportive and even asked for extra money upon check-in, despite booking online. This not only created inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the establishment. Additionally, it's disheartening to encounter false commitments from Oyo, as it undermines trust in the booking process. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

My experience was not that good. Checkin process was hassle free. Ordered tea brought from outside. Restaurant inhouse was not open. Early morning hot water not available. Location is about 300 metres from temple where share auto takes rs. 10 towards temple.
