SAI SURAJ BUDGET HOTEL

We went there with 4 people, including a child. The staff's behavior was really bad, and the cleanliness was so poor, it felt like we were living on the street. There was no socket to charge the phone, no button to flush in the washroom, no hand wash facility, and no one was there to listen to our complaints. This hotel is horrible. It's better to pay 100-200 Rs extra and stay somewhere else. Thank you.

I visited Shird with my family and booked(Using EasyMy Trip Apps ) one room for 4 nights in this hotel. While booking this hotel , online Payment was done, when we entered on our first day, during check-in , hotel staff has shown different room, those room were very dirty&bathroom condition was horrible . We asked hotel staff to show neat & clean room, not this type bad condition room, Hotel staff asked me to have a discussion with Owner of the hotel and when we had a discussion with Owner, hotel owner demanded extra charges to book the good condition room, I was not having other options, I had given 3000 Rs extra as per hotel owner demanded . This is completely money making Business. I will recommend you, please don't book this hotel. At same prise, other good hotel are available easily.

So, I had to book a room here because the other hotel which we had booked was charging more than what was decided. The location of the hotel is good, beside hanuman temple and opposite to dwarakamai. Therefore since we wanted a hotel near the temple, we chose this one. Our autowala guy took us to this one (he probably had some commission for it). The hotel took 2000 advanced and then was charging 2000 for just 1 night and 2 days more. In short, we had to pay about 4000 for today and till tomorrow evening. We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am and we would have checked out at 3-4 pm tomorrow. The cost is a little high for such a small amount of stay. But this is not all, when we were going to the room through the lift, even though I had put my arm out so the lift won't close, the lift was still closing. It was so unsafe. The lift looked a bit old and felt like it could breakdown anytime. Also, when we entered our room, there was no hot water. It's december and the hotel should be providing hot water 24/7 since they are charging so much, but no. There was timing for hot water, 4 am to 9 am when I asked for it. Like what's the use of paying so much when I can't even get basic necessities. There was no shampoo, towels or soaps. The switches were all broken and there wasn't 1 switch that worked properly. Like what's the purpose of paying so much. The mirror was dirty, and the chair seat was torn. I felt so cheated since I couldn't even get the basic necessities after paying so much. There was no facility for drinking water too. Such a bad hotel. If you are ever planning to visit Shirdi, always stay at dharamshala that are funded by trusts. For the last 2 years I have been staying at dharamshalas and not only were the basic necessities there, but also the behaviour of the staff was good and we felt welcomed. Don't stay at hotels, they are just there to strip money off of you, nothing more. They don't want to serve you or treat you nice, just want to serve themselves. Hope this helps.

Budget friendly stay and hygiene rooms. Nearby all foods also but I suggest nearby one aunty serve rice soybean khichdi and pohe too much tasty only 20 rs front of swami temple

The place is very close to back gate of mandir.The rooms are of quality and worth of the spending the money.It also has sufficient space for parking.

I suggest never go for this hotel i personally suggest because the owner don't have manners to talk with there customer and also staff is rudely talk with customer all are layers Darashan told us we can okay with 7 AM check in however once we reached they told all rooms are booked we don't have any room to give you and after that they told us we are not promised you to give you room and its morning 7 and i have 2 babies with me next time whenever you guys going for shirdi don't visit this hotel

This is the worst hotel, it's not like what it is shown in pictures, totally opposite. Third class, also had some class but it didn't have any only class. Bed sheets are not clean, floor are also dirty, totally disgusting. -1 star

Poor cleanliness and organization. Saff behaviour was ridiculous. The rooms were opposite of that shown in the picture.
