Our experience was deeply disappointing. It seems like they've lost interest in maintaining good service. Upon arrival, there was no one to assist with parking or check-in, leaving us feeling completely unwelcome. The atmosphere lacked any warmth, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The hygiene standards in the rooms were subpar, adding to the dissatisfaction. Previous reviewers had mentioned that transportation to the temple was only available until 7 PM, and despite multiple feedback, the hotel has not made any efforts to improve this limitation. To make matters worse, when we requested breakfast--part of the package--at 7:45 AM, we were rudely denied, being told it wouldn't be available until 8 AM. Additionally, when it was time to check out, there was no staff around to assist us. Overall, an unpleasant experience that reflects a lack of commitment to hospitality.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews, they are paid reviews or posted by the staff. I requested for early check in, a valid request which it nowhere mentioned was paid. I PAID A 1000 BUCKS extra just for a few hours extra And I got no breakfast, the staff did not even have the etiquette to tell me when breakfast was or if it was chargeable. When I fought about this that I grossly overpaid just for a few hours of early check in they were like checkin time was 2 pm?????!!!! (It says 11:30 everywhere) Do NOT believe the pictures, the rooms are small and dirty, the service is pathetic

The hotel infrastructure is excellent, cleanliness and tidiness is commendable. So much so that, the tariff they offer is actually discounted. They could easily charge at least 30 percent more. 5 mins walk to the temple. The only thing lacking is training. Staff from reception to the bell boy should be trained to the job. And little active management, supervision will make a huge difference in the experience. The issue I faced was that the TV set top box wasn't recharged, upon multiple requests no action was taken. And a minor thing but which could have been a great boost to the hospitality experience, I requested for a simple carry bag, be it plastic cloth or anything. They refused. Overall value for money. Should try this place.

Staying on 24th Dec. Room is a little bit small but clean and well maintained. Unfortunately in my room, bathroom is giving very bad smell and on reporting staff didn't take it seriously and after great persuasion they tried but couldn't fix it. And unexpectedly no body felt sorry for it except the guest who had paid all money in advance.

This has been the worst experience till date. First of all they made us check-in in three attempts, they didn't know which rooms were ready and which weren't. And on the top of that they asked us to settle the bill at night 10 pm when we were all in half sleep. When said that we'll settle in the morning while checking out they said no its hotel policy to settle it at night itself. The staff was poor, the management is poor and the policies very bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible security and zero accountability! The hotel forced me to park outside, assuring that a watchman would look after my car. By morning, my WRC fog light was stolen! When I tried to contact them, they ignored my calls and refused to take responsibility. This hotel does not care about guest safety or security. If you bring your vehicle, be prepared for theft and zero support from management. If they can't even provide basic security, how can anyone trust them? Avoid this place unless you want to risk losing your belongings and getting no help!

Horrible experience. We are repeat customers but the overall experience with room cleanliness, poor food quality and slippery bathrooms. The room was pristine and well served last year. But this time it was a total contrast. Very dissappointed.

This is our 3rd time stay in this hotel and it was a Pleasant stay as always..Breakfast was as usual good but what I noticed was that the reception is unmanned most of the time..bathrooms were not cleaned specially the plastic curtains were very dirty and bathroom was very slippery...Though I had booked the hotel 2 months back my room was not registered..but we were lucky to be accommodated since it was not Peak time...Anyone taking responsibility....
