MTDC Shirdi Resort

We booked a Deluxe AC 4-bed room at MTDC Shirdi for 2 days at around 3800/day. While the rooms were spacious and close to the Sai temple, cleanliness was lacking due to ongoing painting work. The stay didn't feel like value for money. For families, I'd recommend more affordable options like Bhakti Niwas, which offers open garden space for kids, walking areas for seniors, and ample parking. MTDC could improve to enhance the guest experience. Suitable for a one-time stay, but not ideal for families.

It is one of the best economical hotels available in Shirdi. Even though rooms are old and there is a scope of improvement in terms of cleanliness but rooms are big and comfortable. Location of this hotel is good as it is close to the Sai Baba Mandir and there is an ample parkingspaceinside the hotel. Food is also good.

This resort is my staying place for years whenever I visit Shirdi. It has very spacious rooms and very near to the temple and an economical option in today's scenario. Also, almost all the team members are very polite and good. But their services including f&b is deteriorated from the past, which needs an immediate attention to keep continuing the legacy and goodwill. Maintenance and cleanliness is quite important. Worst experience ever, no response from MTDC Support team despite mailing and calls. Worst experience with included breakfast too. NEVER STAY HERE. The only pro is the location cause it is walkable to the temple.

Not suitable for families with kids. There are mosquitoes, very few staff members, a small lift, and poor lighting. The breakfast has only two options, the property is not well-maintained, and cleanliness is a major issue.

Very nice Hotel. Big rooms. Hot Water available even early morning. Breakfast is served if pre booked. Very near to the Saibaba Samadhi Mandir.

Very near from Shirdi temple, also room size is very big, hot water is starting from 2 am to 11 am breakfast is also good parking area is also very big

Excellent location for Sai Baba Darshan purpose and very good property. The price is well competitive. However, there is a lot more to get done with respect to rooms, service and overall neatness and cleanliness. In other words good housekeeping is very much lacking. One has to go there keeping in mind these factors. Government properties are like that only, whether it is ST bus or hotel. People are but nice and well behaved, friendly and helpful.
