Hotel Yog Palace

Staff Attitude: Poor customer service can greatly affect a guest's experience. Rude and unhelpful staff lead to frustration, especially when issues arise. We had an booking with them amount was paid on arrival they informed us that few room are near station. The name of hotel was totally different.To which we asked for explanation. They were misbehaving with us post that. However we went to see the rooms that was 20 mint away from the booked room. Issues like stains on bedding, dirty bathrooms ( normal u get such room for 200-300 rs ). Fan not working. We had booked ac room but there was one ac room that to had rats running all around. Don't opt for such pathetic hotels like 9coin & Yog palace and look for some other hotels near by temple .Patently of options are available specially when u are with family and friends. Last minute issue like this that to after making all payment in advance the hotel can give your room to other for higher price and ask u to adjust in some 3rd class hotel. These hotels are overpriced, and the customer service is poor. It feels like they are more focused on making money than providing a good experience for their guests.

I recently had the privilege of staying at Hotel Yog Palace in Shirdi, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! Special mention to Mr. Dilip, who was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. He's a true asset to the hotel! The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and authentic, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a vast array of dishes to choose from. But what really made my stay special was the hotel's proximity to the Sai Baba Temple - just a 5-minute walk away! It was truly convenient and made my pilgrimage to Shirdi even more meaningful. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Yog Palace to anyone visiting Shirdi. Stayed with family and kids, rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay, even the staff at service and reception were very helpful and suggested for our darshan, special 5 Star for Mr Dilip at the reception They have an in-house restaurant as well, ample parking and facility of both hot and cold water. I was happy with my stay

Standard room for 4 is okay. Food inside the hotel and restaurant outside the hotel is much tastier than other places.Walkable distance from Shree Sai Samadhi Mandir. Overall good vibes all across. Straight road goes to Hanuman Mandir.

We used to visit Shirdi every year and used to stay in this hotel. It was a gud experience and friendly hotel. Last year it happened to cancel the trip due to cancellation of railway service but we paid the amount of 10k in advance but couldn't get the refund though we are regular customers.
